The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at North Country Commons
I moved here last year and the pool hasn't been working in the 10 months I've lived here. Plus the laundry facility doesn't have locks or surveillance so my laundry has been stolen twice without any help from the management. They do not have a dog area so tenants let their dogs poop wherever they feel like without picking it up. The other tenants are very rude and aren't welcoming. And the units are infested with fleas and roaches. And to to it off they will raise your rent after your first lease by at least 11% And they make you pay $25 to pay your rent online only. Stay away from Cstar Property Management.
Overall there is more positives than negatives. It was my first apartment. I had a one bedroom. It was very spacious and had plenty of storage. My one complaint is that the walls are very thin. I never used the community laundry mat. I always went to a friends near by. So I can’t give any opinions on that. Maintenance always came fast. The online resident portal was also easy to use.
Loved in the apartment for 2 years and it was a good place to live. Very close to Boomer Lake and there was a OSU public bus stop right by the apartment complex which was very nice. The area was quite for the most part, at night it got a little loud when people would sped race down the near by road, but otherwise a nice an quite place to live. The maintenance was good and temporary solutions were always found if parts needed to be ordered. The office was friendly and very helpful. Overall, I really enjoyed living there.
Management does their best to help how they can and the apartments are very quiet.
Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! The apartment themselves are very cozy and have all brand new utilities. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and those guys rock too! All my neighbors were so friendly and never gave me any problems. They even offered to help when I was moving out! It may be a little out of town but that is perfect for people like me who completely avoid game days. Game day traffic doesn't exist out there but I can still make it to campus in 7 minutes! It seems that people didnt like these apartments before but thankfully I lived there after the management changed and this place has totally done a 360. Definitely give it a chance!!
I moved in and the A.C. didn't work for the first two months, they refused to send anyone other than a Front office manager to look at it. my ceiling leaked, I had a gas leak, most of my appliance broke and the carpet was gross. They could care less about repairs. The girl who works in the front office does not write anything down and gossips about other residents. They've gone through 3 different managers in a year and they are all terrible. There is lots of space and the rent isn't too bad but part of the buildings are sinking. Bottom line: they are not maintained.
