The Emory North Liberty

Love the amenities, wish there were more events and opportunities to meet my neighbors. Hoping that there will be more community events within the next few months.

I have never lived at such an amazing apartment complex. I moved here in May and have already made so many friends in this wonderful community here! My favorite thing this summer was going down to the pool and chatting with new friends. I don’t know what it is here, but everyone is SO easy to get along with (especially the staff). The owner remembers everyone’s names and recognizes me and even my dog everytime we run into him. It is also super dog/pet friendly! You can really tell that they like to include your pets in the community because they’re family too! They have a dog park and a dog grooming spa with a full bathtub, grooming table, high velocity dryer, and a big vacuum so you can clean up after you and your pup(as someone who worked in a dog grooming salon this is INSANELY useful! I groom my own dog down there every month). The apartments are very top end and cozy. The staff is very on hands and throw fun parties for every season!

Community is great! I love my apartment it is the perfect size and location. The staff members are extremely helpful as far as any questions or concerns I might have and any maintenance requests. A great community to be apart of!

I love the amenities, of course, but the best thing about The Emory is the sense of community here. The staff do so much to make sure the residents have what they need and are comfortable. They are quick to respond to any situation. I truly appreciate all they do.

The community is wonderful and the amenities are great! We had an easy time moving in and love the apartment. The apartment is clean and all the appliances are top notch. The neighbors have been welcoming and we are enjoying life at the Emory.

It's pretty nice. The grounds are well maintained, the interiors are generally nice, appliances all decent quality. There are 2 things though that suck. 1. The walls are paper thin. I mean like almost impressively thin. My neighbors are not loud, but I can hear everything they do. Dealing with noise is the reality of apartment living, but this is quite a bit worse than I have experienced before. It's almost like the walls amplify the sound. 2. The trash situation. There is a single compactor for all buildings. It stinks (literally) and depending on where you're located, it can also be quite a distance away to haul your trash, especially once it gets wet or cold. There is no trash valet, there is no trash chute or nearby bins, there is only the compactor. The smell when you open it is truly something else. Everyone I've met here has honestly been great, any issues I've head with like maintenance has been pretty quick, but these other issues are ingrained.

Love how dog friendly it is and the abundance of things to do. Other than work and eating I never need to leave the complex. And t being able to view the pond from my patio is amazing

Love it at the Emory! It’s a nice place for young couples and college students! We love that it has a dog park for our two dogs as well, the pool is also super nice!

Things have been going pretty well. It is clean and quiet. Having a trash valet would be nice and make my stay more amendable. It would also be nice if water was stocked in the lounging area more consistently.

A great community to call your home! great amenities, with spacious units and plenty of storage. Also close to groceries, cafes and restaurants nearby.

The resident experience is unlike any other apartment in the area. The amenities on call staff and clean living area is really appreciated. I look forward to living here in the upcoming year

Great community. Staff are friendly and professional. Enjoy community events, club house/pool and grill area are added bonus. Gym has good equipment to utilize.

Loving it here so far! The carts were so helpful on our move in. The apartment was clean and still smelt new! Everyone seems so welcoming can’t wait to meet more people.

The Emory team have been excellent to work with! They helped find what we needed and on boarding was painless. The property is clean along with great location and top notch amenities!

Such a great place! Move in was amazing and the place is beautiful. I love how spacious it is and I instantly fell in love! Staff were very nice and were willing to help us out.

Everyone in the building that I’ve met so far has been very pleasant and helpful, on move in day the property manager even helped with moving heavier items into my apartment. So far I’m very pleased with my new community.

Great community. Love the dog park and the park for the kids. We’ve only been with the Emory for a week so far but the place is great. Everything is super clean.

This is a wonderful place to live, everyone is very friendly always something to do. My daughter is always making friends playing with other residents. And we are so close to anything we could want

For a resident who has just recently moved, this community has made me feel very welcomed. The leasing office has been very open about answering all of our questions and ensuring we know how each component of the community works.

Leah is easy to talk to and welcoming. The move in process was smooth and easy to follow through email. Any questions I had were answered promptly and thoroughly.

Top notch amenities, extremely responsive and attentive staff is engaging and generally cares about the community. They are always looking for ways to improve upon something that is already a leader in the community as far as a shared base living environment is concerned..

It has been a great experience so far! Everything is clean and new! The amenities are wonderful! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is very convenient because it is close to the interstate and restaurants!

Sometimes dogs make too much noise at night which can cause disturbances in sleep. Area is clean and neighbors are pleasant. Would be good if the bottled water was restocked appropriately as well as the coffee machine in the lounge. Overall it’s been a positive experience staying here

From the amenities to the finishes of the units, we have LOVED living here! Being able to access the clubhouse for leisure, business, or even private events has been a game changer when compared to other apartments.

Good place to live, great amenities. Close to interstate to get to Iowa city or Cedar Rapids. Close to food options as well, overall a nice new building.

The staff is always very helpful and maintenance is quick and easy! They have a lot of gatherings for us to attend to get to know our neighbors if you want. The extra amenities are awesome to have as well.

We have had no problems with the community we live with. They are very friendly and help full. It has been fun learning about them. They are very quick to fix issues and help us learn how to use appliances we are not familiar with. We love living here.

Need garbage valet service. Otherwise noice place to live. Good customer service from office staff. Easy move in process. Overall would recommend

We love the new community that we have made not only in our own building but the complex. The staff genuinely knows us and our dog’s name! We feel spoiled and blessed to live where we are & feel safe, seen and cared about. The amenities add to our families enjoyment and quality time together.

Move in when smooth and apartment is over the top nice. Everything I could ever want in my first place. Staff in office are so easy to work with when you have questions about anything and are super nice.

Love it here! It is so welcoming and all of the staff are always super helpful. Also the unit itself it gorgeous and already starting to feel very homey. Love that they decided to go with lighter colors in this community.

Everything has been wonderful. I love the amenities, the proximity to everything NL has to offer, and the easy commute to CR. The staff at The Emory have all been so helpful and pleasant. Can't wait to see what the next year has in store at The Emory.

So far we have had a great experience with Emory Place, Application was easy, signing the lease was quick, and move in was faster than ever!

So far so good!!! Trevor and Leah have been very attentive to answering our questions and addressing any concerns. It’s a plus to have them on-site daily during the week and the fact they there is a maintenance person, too. The clubhouse with all its amenities has been a nice feature and we enjoyed our first community gathering. We are looking forward to living here.

I am really pleased with the overall experience. Setting up was easy, moving in was easy, and the staff were very helpful and patient with answering questions I had. The location is primed for North Liberty's expansion and growth, so I imagine once the new hospital fully comes online, we'll see a lot more!

We've been here for 3 months and have loved every minute. Cookouts, movie night, and Halloween party are just a few of the reasons we hope to stay here for awhile. Thank you Trevor, Leah, and Rane for making us very comfortable.

This is a great place to live the club house is awsome. We can't wait for summer to get into the pool. The playground is a hit with the kiddo and dog park is very handy for the pooch. The walking trail around the pond is a great way to get out and be active.

Moving in was a breeze, the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Residents are neighborly and are super friendly. Love the amenities! Love the set up of my new apartment- especially with the laundry room and pantry in my 3 bedroom apartment! Definitely luxury feeling!

The residence is fantastic. There are a bunch of things to do for both myself, kids and grandkids. The simulator is a huge favorite of the grandkids.

We have felt at home since the moment we moved in. Thank you to the staff, the community residents, and all the fur babies! A Your warm welcome and support have truly made this transition an enjoyable experience, and we’re grateful for the friendships we’re building every day.
