Spinnaker Bay at Harbor East

Excellent community. It’s well-maintained and the location is fabulous. I would rate it 10/10. Also, the amenities are amazing. The concierge's staff is extremely supportive and helpful. I applied for this apartment when I was in India, based on the detailed description and virtual tour provided by Brandon. I am glad I did it.

We’ve loved our last two years here. Staff is great and maintenance is fast at resolving problems. Gym is updated and has sufficient equipment.

My apartment is spacious and quiet. The building is conveniently located and the amenities are great. Additionally, the building is on the waterfront which is great for peaceful walks.

I love the building, staff, and community! However, the garage has been broken for almost 6 months now. Bozzuto management have sent emails claiming to repair the garage on multiple occasions, yet it is still broken.

This apartment is excellent—safe, clean, and welcoming. I love the variety of programs they offer, and the staff and neighbors are all friendly.

The location is unbeatable—right by the water with amazing views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and everything downtown Baltimore has to offer. I’ve had a great experience during the time I’ve been living here. Location can’t be beat and the area is so walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores. The amenities are really good and the building is kept clean by staff. Overall, a really great place to live at.

I just moved in so I can only rate the move in process so far and all of the staff was really helpful. This was a cross state move for a new job which made it really stressful and the staff helped and answered all of my questions to make me feel very comfortable

Location, location, location! Surrounded by great restaurants, the harbor and all the necessities to be comfortable. The SpinnakerBay team has always been so helpful.

Gym could you some updating (missing weights, some old equipment, only 1 bike) and the trash situation bothers me. My neighbors just put trash outside his door and stays there for days.

Other than the mandatory garbage fee (which has recently increased), this is a great modern apartment in Baltimore. Nice countertop and layout, though windows do leak heat. Gym is smaller but serviceable. I like the community events they host around holidays, helps meet new people. Most valuable was the concierge service and package room. No worries about package thieves, and the front desk is generally really helpful. One David was incredibly helpful when I was running late for a flight and went above and beyond to help me. It shows a level of care.

Spinnaker Bay concierge David did a fabulous job in setting up our sip and paint event. It was a lot of fun. Met some new neighbors as well as got to catch up with others I know in the building. Really enjoy the events that are held in the Club room.

It’s good but the fact that valet trash is not optional is ridiculous, the gym could be a bit bigger given how many residents there are. The community is nice and I like the monthly events

I recently moved to spinnaker bay. The apartment is amazing, the staff is great as well. The only complain i have is about the delivery room, I think it can be managed better!!

I recently moved into the Spinnaker Bay. I know it is the right one for me from the first time I talked to the leasing office. Their response is fast, kind and totally clear. They picked up my phone instantly and got back to me in email as promised. Their instructions are clear and they are efficient. At the moving day, I already have all the things done prior and it was a very smooth experience. Once I moved in, the staffs were very helpful, from minor fixes to moving in help using the dock, I am really glad I am in this great community and well taken care of.

My experience has still been great. The location can’t be beat and amenities are decent for what you get. The staff are friendly and I feel comfortable and enjoy interacting with them. Overall, a really great place to live.

Spinnakerbay is an amazing luxury building! It's located in the best area of Baltimore! The staff is very friendly kind and always ready to support you. Every month a party is offered to residents! I really recommend living here, in front the waterfront with a unique terrace where you have the pool and an amazing view of the harbour!

Everything is great, honestly! The only thing is our mailbox is still busted after 3 months, it’s only a slight inconvenience though. The staff is amazing and friendly, everything is super clean all the time too. And no noise from neighbors!

Was told we wouldn’t have to pay the vallet trash fee and then we went to sign our lease and were told we would have to pay it, wouldn’t work with us on this issue and are now stuck with the extra cost we didn’t anticipate having. Came in to new apartment and it had many issues, hoping management can be responsive.

Living at Spinnaker Bay has been a great experience for me. Every morning, I wake up to the beautiful view of the harbor right from my window, and it’s honestly one of my favorite parts of living here. The balance between the peaceful waterfront and the convenience of the city is just perfect. The amenities are top-notch. I love having a gym on-site, so I can squeeze in a workout without having to go far. The rooftop lounge is another favorite spot, especially in the evenings when the city lights up—there’s just something magical about it. The pool area feels like a mini-vacation spot, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The community events have been a great way to meet people. I’ve made some really good friends through the brunches and movie nights they organize. Plus, the staff here is amazing—always friendly and quick to help out.

This apartment is in prime location of Harbor East. There are lots of great restaurants and shops around and I love being by the water. It’s a safe area and the staff I interact with are all great. Amenities are great as well and is everything I need when I do use them. Definitely enjoy living here and would recommend to others.

The apartment is a in a really great area, can walk to many restaurants and stores and it feels extremely safe. The noise on the street is a little loud at night but hopefully it gets better.

Great experience - I wish the jacuzzi was turned on and heated. Rents a bit high but good amenities and community with a lot to do in the neighborhood

The Facility is great. The staff of the building make it fantastic. Everyone is extremely helpful from the leasing office to the front desk, the pool lifeguard, the maintenance staff. Everyone is very helpful and kind.

I love living in Harbor East. Close to everything…love being able to walk everywhere. There is always something to do around here. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I have been living in my current apartment for a while now, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the experience. The environment is pleasant, with well-maintained common areas and beautiful landscaping that adds to the charm of the place. The residents here are very friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It feels like a close-knit community where everyone looks out for each other. The community staff are also very courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any concerns or maintenance requests promptly. However, there are a couple of minor issues that I have encountered. During the early mornings and late evenings, the garbage room and the garage downstairs can be a bit noisy. The sounds of garbage disposal and cars can sometimes disrupt the otherwise peaceful environment. Despite this, it hasn’t been a major inconvenience, and I’ve learned to adjust to these occasional disturbances. All in all, I am quite happy with my living situation.

Love my apartment unit—perfect design for me, excellent view. Great location with WholeFoods one block in one direction and CVS one block in another direction. The harbor with its Promenade right out the door. Boutiques, countless restaurants, an athletic club, an excellent physical therapy practice, a high end movie theater, countless restaurants, and a variety of hotels within a three minute walk. A concierge plus an office staff that is friendly and helpful. I feel grateful every day to be living here.

It’s been fun and the employees in the lobby are very warm and friendly. The only issue is there appears to be a lot of maintenance issues that come up throughout the entire building that seem to get in the way for residents .

Overall, I’m still enjoying living here. The location is awesome, amenities are good and staff are friendly. Maintenance can be slow at times but they will get it done. Still a really great place to live.

Communicative, friendly, and sticks to their word. Had a few issues, but so far the management team has worked diligently with us to resolve them quickly and fairly. Apartment is older, but well maintained and was thoroughly prepared prior to move-in.

This building is the best for location. Walkable, close to restaurants, grocery store, drug store, retail shopping, movie theater…could not ask for more! Front office staff is ever changing but everyone is friendly and professional. Monthly calendar of events posted in the elevators. Great concierge staff with Katherine and Brandon. Always on top of their game. Package room has never looked better or been so organized which we greatly appreciate. Apartments are a bit dated and could use a refresh, especially the kitchens/cabinets. Because of the age of the building, there have been a lot of maintenance issues since we moved in two years ago. Power washing and glazing of the building took over one year to complete so the views included scaffolding in the terrace level for all of last summer (noisy). Problems with the garage door continue… Rents are high but in line with other apartment buildings in the area, however, other buildings are newer.

The experience at the Spinnakerbay is really pleasant! You have the pool during summer, the gym open 24 a day, storage room for packages and a great maintenance service. The staff is always friendly. Moreover, it offers residents many events like happy hour with free drinks and food but also some different activities like painting and sometimes also discounts for shops.

Living at the spinnaker bay has been such a great experience. I don’t plan on moving out anytime soon. The amenities are so accessible and it is such a great neighborhood.
