I’ve been here for about a year and it has been nothing but a great experience:) I decided to extend my lease for another year until I officially buy home, but anthem has been a great community and everyone here is lovely:) from the front desk to the staff and to the lovely. The amenities (pool, gym, working spaces) are truly amazing. The A2 studio has been pretty good for the most part - it’s cozy and pretty much all you need. My only complaint is I put in 3 maintenance requests a month ago and two of them have not been completed, one of them being shower and it’s been a bit of a pain to deal with it.

Anthem House is a warm, supportive community. All concierge staff and Leasing Office greet residents with smiles and kindness. The amenities are excellent with a gym that is better than any gym I have seen. Other residents are friendly. Anthem House offers many events for residents to mingle.

I’ve been a tenant at this building since the end of January . In May my apartment flooded causing approximately 5000 in damages due to the buildings negligence. There was an issue with the windows in the den in my apartment that they had not completely fixed prior to me moving in. It’s been a month since then . It took almost a week and half to coordinate when they’d fix my apartment. I also advised them of all the items that had been destroyed due to the flooding and they’ve given me the run around in reference to that as well. I spoken with the property manager who has a severe lack of customer service. Speaking with him made me feel like this entire situation was my fault and i was a burden. He offered me a new apartment in the building but when i looked i saw only apartments that costed more than what i was renting which he advised id have to pay the difference . I couldn’t use an entire room in my apt for weeks and was never even offered a rent credit . Not the best place to live

While we recognize that leaks are disruptive and typica lly occur without warning in multifamily environments, please know that our maintenance team responded within 24 hours of being notified in order to assess the source of the issue and implement corrective measures. We understand the importance of timely resolution and apologize for the extended timeline, which was necessary to ensure the affected den space area was thoroughly dried prior to completing the final repairs and replacing the affected carpet and padding. Regarding your personal property, we understand your renter's insurance claim was denied, and we have been working on your behalf to find a fair resolution. We have offered several resolution options and remain committed to working with you to bring this matter to a satisfactory close. We are actively reviewing your submitted information and will continue to engage with you directly throughout this process. The move in process was made very simple with a an app you download that highlights the checklist of items to complete before move in. The facilities/amenities are all very nice and well kept. My studio apartment had plenty of storage space and was bigger than I thought. Very satisfied with my stay and could not recommend this place enough!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I have to say, the experience has been fantastic! The amenities here are top-notch – everything from the fitness center to the pool is well-maintained and offers great convenience. What really stood out, though, were the leasing office staff. They made the entire moving process so much easier. From answering all my questions to guiding me through the paperwork, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Maintenance is slow to respond but overall a nice place. Amenities are nice. Parking is expensive and it’s difficult to find parking spots depending on the time.

I have lived here for about 4 years now and I love it! The location, the amenities, and the staff are just great. I have never been in an apartment with such thoughtful and kind staff and concierge. They are really what makes living here a great experience. You don't realize it until you have been through worse experiences. I would highly recommend living here!

I unfortunately was misled by the myriad of positive reviews about this apartment complex by various sites like this one. Contrastingly, Anthem House is significantly older than its competing counterparts, making it very overpriced. Due to its poor construction materials, noise pollution in certain units, particularly in those ending in 29, mean you will hear every step and door close your neighbors make at all hours of the day. Response time for maintenance is highly variable, anywhere from one day to 10 days.

I love living at Anthem House! The staff are absolutely great and have really made my experience living here better than any of my previous apartments. The leasing staff and front desk staff are very responsive to emails and concerns. They are also very accomodating for pet sitters when my husband and I are out of town. They are so pleasant and always there to greet me when I walk in the building!

I'm so happy I chose Anthem! I feel safe and love the neighborhood. The staff is all very friendly and willing to stop what they are doing to help you! The amenities have a WOW factor. From the libraries full of books, to the amazing gym and pool- you have space to wander and exist outside your apartment, which are beautiful. I have a dog and its been great to walk and find new places and parks. We love it here!

Great amenities, great location, and building maintenance responds very quickly - usually same day. Has a garage and is very close to many retail shops. Two grocery stores within walking distance as well (Giant and Harris Teeter at time of review).

I've lived at Anthem House for just about 5 years now and I love it. The apartments and amenities are great. The maintenance team and concierge team are super efficient and friendly. The noise isn't too bad either. Just resigned my least a month ago!

The Good: Anthem House has been our home for about 3 years now and we love our unit. The open floor plan, multiple large windows, and updated appliances are incredibly nice! All of the staff we have interacted with have been incredibly friendly and helpful. We love the resident events, and the amenities (especially the pool). The Bad: we have had a prolonged issue with a leaking window for almost the entire time we've lived here and the guest parking options are awful. We don't host nearly as much as we'd like to because we only get 24 codes a year and asking friends to pay to park is a tough sell. Premium Parking is horrendous and have ticketed us multiple times despite having a subscription, and a few of our friends who left within minutes of their parking expiry. One friend got a ticket in the mail from almost a year before and after appealing it took them months to respond. They decrease the fee if you contact them but its not something anyone wants to deal with.
