Alethea, Torin and crew really made this move in experience easy and smooth as possible! Before I even met them, Torin called me to see if I needed any help with application. He helped me complete in a minute, then I ran down to look at the unit. He showed it to me, then suggested an even better one, which I took! My move was rather sudden, Alethea was sending me emails, which I totally disregarded, to plan out my move in and explain the property. I showed up randomly and had appointments throughout the day. She was so accommodating. Even though I was in and out and in and out, she made me feel I was her priority. Since the move in, I see the building manager almost every day! She runs this place as if she owns it. She answers all my questions and emails within an hour or two. And I don’t how she does it, but she smiles ALL DAY!!

I moved to Luxury Micro Apartment on 1 of February 2019. It is simply a great place to live. I simply love it so much. The place is simply perfect. I love in fact that they have a coffee machine that we can use it. Marissa and Lea are simply great people. Marissa is a great apartment manager and responsive to residents' needs. She keeps the property in superb condition. She is simply the best and superb! The laundry facilities are also in a great condition. Thank you for all and God bless you!

I’ve been a resident since March 2019, and I’m loving it! Amazing location, I love the fact that there is a coffee shop right across the street and great breakfast place next door. Also, manager Marissa makes our life so much easier! She is the best!

I usually don't write reviews, but I felt the need to comment on the exceptional actions by the staff over the weekend. I misplace my key fob and couldn't get access to the business lounge to conduct an important video meeting. After explaining to the staff member at the time, Leah, she personally walked me to the lounge and used her key to let me in, right in time for my meeting! On top of that, after my meeting, she had put fresh ingredients (berries, kale, mango!) in the community kitchen to make fresh smoothies. The property itself also has a nice quiet courtyard along with a 24 hour gym. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and comfy studios at very reasonable prices. Marissa is very charismatic and charming. She was able to schedule me a tour of the property the same day within a couple hours of contacting her! She was able to cater to my needs as I work graveyard and she was able to find me a nice dark studio. Unfortunately I was offered a job in Temecula or else I would have moved in to STUDIOS435 the next day. Location is great as well. Thank you Marissa for assisting me, I wish circumstances were different.

I’ve lived at this building since the beginning of the year and absolutely love the location, other residents are friendly making it a fun and comfortable environment, and the staff is always very helpful. The office staff, especially Marissa always has a welcoming demeanor, and is available to help anytime something comes up. If you’re seeking a great place to live, this is it!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but time and time again I’ve received nothing but spectacular service from the staff at the studios. One instance that really made me confident in their professionalism is when I lost my keys and management quickly responded to my need. Also, as a working professional having an immaculate business center is a major plus. There is always coffee in the lobby and they keep everything clean.

The best experience I’ve had living in downtown San Diego so far. The office staff is extremely helpful and accommodating, especially Marissa! She really goes above and beyond.

Air conditioning doesn't work courtyard is dirty laundry facilities expensive no one in the office cares to fix anything

this is by far the worst place I have ever lived in. no one does anything to help and they just leave you wondering what's going to happen. No one should ever live here this place is a mess!

I can't express greater disappointment in this place. I've been living here for over 3 months now, and not once have I been able to control my air. It blows out heat at night and bright and early in the morning. We've put in 2 emergency work orders which was supposed to be at least responded to within 24 hours, both ignored and no one came. Each time we talk to Marissa in the office she always seems to say the same thing, Everytime with a little more attitude... as if we're bothering her with our situation. It wouldn't have gotten to this point if I had gotten help when I first complained about my air being broke. Well actually, it's the ENTIRE BUILDING that the air Doesn't work in. Luxury apartments? HARDLY. I'm disgusted in the lack of respect and professionalism in the office. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their website has FALSE advertising which needs to be addressed by the BBB. Save yourself stress in a place that's NOT ready for the "amenities" it says it offers! Also, no signs in the kitchen, patio area, or laundry area. so everything OFTEN gets taken advantage of and is unpleasant for the other tenants. Cigarettes in the fire pits, broken elevator FREQUENTLY (someone actually got stuck in there for 20 minutes once) And the laundry on site.... costs money! because this place only cares about money! The machines are always taken too and no one comes for their items in a timely manner! I'm telling you, this place is a nightmare!!!! I'd sooner stay in a hotel everyday, and I did the math... I'd be saving myself about $300 every month if I did And I'm sure my air would work and help would be given when needed with respect!!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T MOVE HERE! they try to make you seem as welcomed as possible when they tour, it's so fake! All they want is your money. Oh and something they FAIL to tell you is every Saturday night there's a club and Sunday morning there's a church and Sunday evening church too, directly next door! so you will hear loud music & bass throughout the building and NEVER get sleep on the weekends. It's non stop! And don't get me started on the 'party bus' constantly pulling in and out of our alley with drunk people screaming "WOOOOO!!" As if the club and church music isn't loud enough... You gotta deal with the party bus on a daily basis. cannot wait to leave this place. I've never been so disappointed in a place I've lived, and this is supposed to be LUXURY?! What a joke.
