Year 2. Love the location, even though I now drive 30 minutes to the 400 acre private estate I manage in NC. I really like the Loft part and never want a regular bedroom again! Maybe I’ll graduate to a Barn and just have a bigger layout…. With a “Loft!’” I’m comfortable living here, know some people here now, and do feel that the location is great and the price is right. Who knows…maybe year 3 is on the horizon

Needs visitor parking so residents can park in front of their apartments without issues, washers and dryers in the laundry facility were dirty so I wash my clothes elsewhere, bugs are an issue regardless of cleanliness, decent rent price and opt out option for security deposit are the upsides.

Wasn’t sure if a loft would work for me at first since it’s only 500 sq ft, but I just passed a year and I’ve grown to love the floor plan! It’s very open and having the high vaulted ceilings prevent me from feeling cramped. The vinyl plank flooring (not the thin sheet vinyl) is extremely durable as well! The skylight is a nice touch in the bedroom area upstairs.

Despite the Apartment complex spraying, and myself spraying for bugs, they are a continuous problem for my apartment. The maintenance is can be slow unless it is a critical repair.

Nice place to live at. The lofts have the perfect amount of space for just me. Community stays nice and quiet while still being close to everything in town.
If I could give a half star I would. This place is impossible. My next neighbor I’ve had to call the cops on him and have told the office this so many times. They didn’t listen. They’re bugs EVERYWHERE. Bugs we did not bring with us. They do not call pest control and will fine you if you ask them too. The maintenance only calls once a month and barely comes back when we need them to. It’s not a good place to live. Not to mention. They wanted us to pay extra rent despite them NOT BEING HERE to tell us about some 60 days notice that the previous managers did NOT mention to us. Worst apartments to live in and everyone is constantly moving.

Honestly it’s been pretty good since we have moved here. Everyone is really nice. There was something wrong with our a/c when we moved in. But they got it fixed for us the same day.
So far living at the lofts has been amazing! Very quiet and very good staff! Day one the ac broke and they had a unit in there the same day, I recommend!
Nice places, great staff, maintenance issues taken care of with a phone call, decent prices, and a perfect location in Wilmington. 14 month lease, which actually works out very well.
My apartment has a bug problem. They have sprayed once but still see bugs. My toilet runs all the time. I think the flap is bad. I have damage blinds from the previous tenants.

About the best I can really expect for a first apartment. Walls were unfinished when we moved in as well as hole leading into another apartment in laundry room. My bathroom exhaust fan has never worked since we moved in as well as lighting fixtures that have burnt out and shotty electrical work. Kind of our fault cause we haven’t put in any work orders but we never really tried after we were told they would be coming to finish the issues in the apartment before we moved in. And lastly management has changed 3-4 times since we moved in about 8 months ago. Besides that many of the ppl I have met are very friendly and the dog park is nice. For the price it’s hasn’t been the worst thing ever. Decent location that has a good amount of things around it as well as easy access to all the main roads.

Worst place I have ever lived. Our neighbor has been harassing us for months. Left a note saying he will continue to throw shoes at our ceiling because of our “noise”. We are constantly woken up by the neighbors above us and it’s them making all the noise, but we are getting harassed. The office said they would post noise complaints and still to this day has done nothing. They are rude and dismissive of the issue. I don’t feel safe here. Things were stolen off our porch and I would NEVER recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I haven't ever lived in an apartment until now, and I picked the best place! Our new Manager Doris is fantastic and top-notch. The Maintenance Expert Marcus is terrific, Sonada is very welcoming, and we LOVE living here! My kids and I feel so safe and love our apt. The pool is always beautiful and so are the grounds and dog park. So close to everything! So thrilled about where we live.

I love living here because its close to so much shopping. I've been here for a few years and have always had the best experience with the office staff, they rock!

This is the perfect location! Walking distance to Target and so many restaurants!! My two bedroom is huge and perfect for my family. I could not be any happier.
