The Mauna Luan boasts of outstanding amenities including two lagoon-style pools that feature waterfalls, a water slide and a heated pool. There are also seven jacuzzis, and a kiddie pool. The building provides ten gas BBQ areas for private get togethers. The lobby area has streams and waterfalls and offers free WiFi service to residents. There is also a recreation area that offers billiards, ping pong, and a party area with a full kitchen. Two racketball/handball courts available and a co-ed workout room. In addition, there are men's and women's spa areas that include a hot tub and a sauna. There is a car wash area and kayak/boat storage available. Each apartment comes with its own storage unit. The building has full time security. No pets allowed. No smoking. Non-refundable building registration fee: $40. Refundable key fob fee: $25. Showing by appointment only.
