Property Ratings at Broadstone Centennial
I honestly made a great decision by choosing to live at the Broadstone Centennial
I love the location. It is great that at night I feel safe to go right downstairs and walk in an area that has events, restaurants and people everywhere. It's also so close to Centennial park I can walk on foot in 8 minutes. Wonderful to know I can walk there and don't need to drive/park if there's an event. It's also close to Germantown, Gulch, downtown easily take Uber if needed but I don't have to live right down there (I didn't want to bc of traffic, crowds, gentrification). It's also super close to drive to Green Hills and airport. I love the area. Joe at the leasing office and Jerry in maintenance are seriously wonderful. You don't feel like a "number".

Ive loved living at Broadstone Centennial! Sarah and Lindsay have been amazing..super responsive, helpful, and made the whole move-in process smooth and stress-free. Maintenance has been quick and efficient. The building is also very cleaned and amenities are well maintained.

I lived at Broadstone Centennial for 2 years and loved it. The location is great, and it is a beautiful building. Some of the reviews I have seen on here are just not accurate. Although there have been a few break ins, they were not isolated to our building and the apartment next door was also affected. Staff is amazing, this is definitely a hidden gem in Nashville!

The break ins are a significant and concerning problem in Nashville and we are not the only target. Vehicle thefts are on the rise with some areas experiencing particularly sharp increases. While the property itself is great, it’s not secured. We have been seeing a number of break ins and a car theft in our garage (my car was stolen while I was out of town and had it parked inside the “secured” gate). There’s only one camera on the first floor and no security after you get through the gate. The doors on the interior of the garage are all open (minus two right at the entrance) and do not require a badge or key to get in. Management has said that there’s not enough money to invest in increased security. It’s a shame that resident safety is not on the top of this property’s list. People are having their cars broken into during all times of the day here… and stolen at that… Keep that in mind before deciding !

Broadstone Centennial is in a great location and has very nice looking apartments and amenities. The management team needs to improve the move-in experience, dirty toilets and missing appliances mean the unit is not ready for move-in.

I have been loving my experience at Broadstone Centennial so far. Right from leasing, Lindsey and Chris have been very helpful with answering my move-in questions. Move-in was a breeze too, and the apartment itself was fantastic and clean. There have been occasional resident happy hour events which provide a good opportunity to socialize for someone like me who has just moved to the city. Overall, my experience has been positive and i do not have any issues

Broadstone Centennial has a great vibe and very friendly community. The building stays clean and the staff are very kind and helpful. Love the convenience of being close to the park, as well as several shops and the sandbar all within walking distance.
