Ive loved living in Accolade for over a year now. I am going to miss it when I graduate. Maintenance and the upkeep of the apartments is very good
Facility is very clean and staff is very nice and accommodating! Gym and pool are super nice and when something breaks there is a response to fix it within an hour!
I would just want more events and slightly more affordable rent. The open kitchen with island is definitely one of the best parts as well as the filtered water from the fridge.
Great apartment space, great people at the office, parking lot is not crowded or too busy, close to lots of great restaurants, and close to UCF.

Front doors to my building are never locked, Wifi would cut out randomly and take a while to fix, Parking is obscene and a hard reason to have guests over. However, all the amenities and the place is really nice. So are the people, at least the ones I met.

I have had a great experience here at the accolade village west. There is amazing amenities and always feels safe. It is sometimes pretty noisy in my building so it is hard to concentrate or sleep but other than that i loved my time living at the accolade.

The apartments are great and very nice. They housing is pretty high standard and the staff are great. Being so close to UCF is so amazing! The shuttle system is such an amazing plus to be able to have.

I like the amenities They should star streaming movies in the park. Also some machines of the gym need to be cleaned. But the pool is amazing and the studyrooms too. I love the energy

I have been one month here and I’ve had an amazing experience in The Accolade West. The amenities are amazing and everything is really close by. The staff members are really good and helpful whenever there’s a question. I feel that The Accolade is the perfect place to live in.

very good so far, and i have not any issues minus the door to door with my apartment which is definitely something i’ve had to get used to but i wish I didn’t have to.

Very nice place. The gym is nice but I wish they had more exercise machines instead of so many treadmills. The small gym in building 5 is also nice and more quiet. The study rooms and the pools are well maintained and are never too crowded to use. I love that our living room is big enough to have friends over to hang out. The kitchen is large too, and great for cooking. I’ve never had any problems with mold or bugs whatsoever. The WiFi is slow though, but other then that I have no complaints

I just moved into here the past week and I like it a lot so far! My last apartment was very difficult with the move in process. I have a bad allergy to cats and the accolade made sure to confirm on multiple occasions that I could not have cats! I am very happy here!

Firstly, the apartments are beautiful! The amenities are extensive from the pools to the study rooms. They are quick to fix anything broken and offer a wide range of activities throughout the complex. It is affordable and d a great place to live as a student!

So far not so good. This is my second day living here and for the amount that I am paying it is sad. We have ants in our pantry the kitchen doors don't close correctly and the apartment was NOT cleaned before hand. So far I am ready to move out.

It is so beautiful, clean, smells good and the amenities are great and events are so fun! I love it here! The staff is wonderful - they are so nice and if there is an issue, they resolve it right away. Such a great upgrade from the Aves @ Twelve 100 that think they can offer residents almost the same rent for less than half of the quality that is here at accolade.

should have each building move in on different days and days before the first day of classes for the majority of the students, moving in was very hectic

the apartment is beautiful. i love the area too. the front desk is not very helpful. we had problems with our roommates because of allergies and the desk was super unhelpful and blamed us for most of it

I think its definitely a nice place to live. Good and fast maintenance, cool events, nice study rooms and club houses. I do think rent was high, the gyms lacked more machines and space, wifi was often slow and you would see a lot of strange randoms lurking near the apartments that don't live there so I often didnt see security. Overall, I enjoyed my stay for what I needed but the best was having everything so close to the apartments and UCF shuttle.

I like my apartment very much, the kitchen and living room is very spacious and pleasing to the eyes, just wish the walls were better in terms of noise isolation and that wifi issues didn't occur as occasional as they do
