I just recently moved in. The property is in a great location, and a pretty quiet area. It’s in close proximity to schools, restaurants and shopping. The property looks like it has been kept up well. I like that there’s a workout facility and bikes on-site. They have an awards program for residents. So far, it’s been a good experience!

Everything seems very good except for the cleanliness of the stairs and walk ways. The apartments also needs a little power washing. Maintenance is always on time. Staff is great! Also when I moved in my carpet was not 100% clean

It’s a great community! Shopping and other necessities are very convenient. Staff is friendly and professional. When I have a maintenance issue; the issue is taken care of on time. I would recommend Heather Park Apartments to my family and friends.
While we genuinely appreciate residing here, I feel compelled to address a noticeable decline in the building's upkeep, noise levels, and maintenance services. I have previously communicated about the concerning state of our stairwells, which appear to be accumulating a concerning growth of black mold. How difficult could it be to hose down the staircases ever fortnight?? I do not like living in filth!!!! Additionally, I encountered a water leak in my apartment that resulted in significant damage to the drywall, which remains unrepaired. I want to emphasize that this is not a criticism of the maintenance staff, particularly Mike, who consistently demonstrates exceptional dedication. However, it is evident that the workload exceeds his capacity to effectively address all issues. Furthermore, the noise levels have become increasingly disruptive, with residents revving their cars at unreasonable hours, both during the night and morning. I hope that these concerns will be addressed!!

Love my place inside , but the outside really needs to be cleaned, maybe power washed. Some of your residents stands at my window and let their dogs use the bathroom, and they don’t clean it up! I don’t like that.

The community is very quiet and safe. There are plenty of shopping centers and planet fitness is real close by. There is also CVS and Walgreens nearby as well as lots of fast food joints.

Wonderful places to live , maintenance is friendly and helpful when request is needed as well as the leasing staff , they are kind and helpful as well love it !
The Staff is polite and professional. Maintenance always prompt on fixing issues. The community is quiet. The neighbors I met so far is friendly.
I tend to get more comfortable with time. Overcoming a few minor issues but was resolved quickly which put my mind at ease. Neighbors are nice and front office personnel Brittany is always a great help. I would like to see more upgrades over time: such as sink faucets, stoves, vanity mirrors, and pet stations. All and all great community and really enjoying my stay!
Great area, but still need some improvement regarding noise. Needs to advise some dog owners that allow their dogs to bark everything morning over 2 hrs inside the 1100 block . This neighbor leaves her dog on the patio early in the morning between 6am and 8am for thi this dog to bark for almost 2hrs. Sometimes
I love living at Heather Park Apartments. I love the upgrades that I am seeing being done like the new signage. My only gripe is that the staircases and hallways are not cleaned. I have been living here for almost 5 months and I have never seen anyone come round and clean. Our staircases are full of leaves, dirt and cobwebs. I would be nice if it was blown away once a month. Other than that I am happy here!
My apartment is very nice, until you get outside and the whole front is a mud pit. No grass grows, and the Property managers say it's up to the landscape people to fix it. It's going on 3 years of being a mud pit. They have paid for all new signs and have fixed the parking lot, but not the lawn in front of this building. It looks terrible and mud splashes 3 feet onto MY patio every time it rains. I don't keep anything nice out there now.
Community seems very friendly so far . Also like that it’s very clean around here .. Music sometimes is loud in the evening from cars but doesn’t get to bad

Just moved so far so good . The front office and the maintenance team are on point and are very helpful . The only thing is the key fob that doesn’t work that’s it
I’ve been loving it here so far, so quiet and so spacious. I love how big the balcony is, and let’s not get started on the fireplace. I just love it here.
I truly enjoy the community. I love the trees, the quietness, the cleanliness of the community. The office staff are helpful and knowledgeable as well.
People in this community steal. We have a mailroom and the people still steal your packages. They leave trash anywhere and the staff could care less.
We just moved in, and we are enjoying the apartment complex and all its amenities. The application process was very efficient, and the staff are helpful and amazing. My only gripe is that the apartment complex trash bins are quite a distance to walk, but I appreciate that it is clean there. I would also like to see if the passageways and staircases get cleaned as ours is quite dirty.
I have been here for 2 years, and have been very pleased with the helpfulness of all the staff on the property. I use the facilities, gym, pool, garage, and have had a good experience with it all.

Dee and David, the maintenance crew at Heather Park noticed my ac unit was frozen outdoors and immediately came to my door and told me. They fixed it the same day. Outstanding work. I had it on my list to email the office, but they came before I could email the office staff. Excellent job. I love it here.
