There are ceiling fans throughout, plus a window A/C in the bedroom & a portable A/C in the Kitchen. The kitchen has a glass top stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, disposal and Water Filtration System. Tenants can have a dog but it has to be approved by the Board before before the tenants can move in. It can only measure 20 inches high at the shoulder. It's best to bring a photo & description of your dog with you to the showing. There will be a Pet Deposit in addition to the Security Deposit. Tenants with a dog will need to register dog with (see more information on our website) at a cost of $20. Included with the rent is water & sewer. Tenants pay electricity, internet, cable, phone.
