Living here made adjusting to Sacramento much easier! Jorge and his team do a wonderful job maintaining the share spaces, and the apartment itself is quite nice. I had an issue with my washing machine, and it was replaced very quickly. The AC is strong, and I feel comfortable both in the summer and winter. The management team has always been responsive and kind! Shoutout to Sabreenah, and Arianna and the rest of the amazing woman team! I like being walking distance to the Co-op and to many things in Midtown. I would definitely recommend living here.

Leasing and maintenance staff seem nice. The gym entrance is a bit strange but the pool table is a huge plus. Lots of parking and elevators is wonderful, and the fact that there are so many gates is cool too. I wish there were compost dumps in each trash room, and that they accepted more than just food scraps, but one victory at a time I guess

I have only lived here a few weeks but have enjoyed everything about LINQ. The staff and neighbors are friendly and helpful, and all of the amenities that I need are available within the complex. Further, it's located close to my job and to everything I need in midtown and downtown.

Avoid Unit 278. You’ll end up living below the loudest, most disruptive, and inconsiderate tenant imaginable. Despite being notified multiple times, this person’s behavior hasn’t changed—even after management claimed they’d spoken to them four times. It’s debatable whether they ever spoke with them. LINQ did offer to let me transfer units… with a $200/month rent increase. This came after they initially promised I could move without a rent hike—an agreement they later walked back on. Disappointing experience overall.

Love living at LINQ Midtown! It's been a great environment since the very beginning, from working with the leasing team to now living here. The area is very walkable, which is great since I have a dog and love any excuse to head to the Co-Op. I enjoy being near fun midtown restaurants and just a short Lyft away from downtown for anything else I might need. The community itself offers a lot to do, from the gym to the pool (especially wonderful during this hot, hot summer). I also appreciate how attentive the staff is; if there is ever a maintenance issue or I have a question about something, they are always super helpful!

The community is very safe and quiet. If I had any complaint, it’s that the pool rules are very limiting. You can’t enjoy it with friends really at all.

I am happy to have made the move to Linq! I love my apartment, especially the kitchen which makes preparing meals a joy! The grounds are well maintained and everyone is so nice and friendly! Special shout out to the office team, Robin, Sunita and especially Kate, for guiding me through the move in process with ease. The maintenance team is awesome and quick to respond!!
Aside from how beautiful the complex is, I’ve always come to appreciate the service from the front office and their maintenance team. This was honestly godsend find.
The property is okay, but the leasing office has been really irresponsible and disappointing at their job. I applied for the apartments and paid all the fees and the deposit money. I provided all my salary details and even my mom's finances as a backup co-signer, however, somehow they couldn't process my mom's bank statements and it took them around 10 days (after repeated emails) to get back to me saying I wasn't approved because they couldn't verify my mom's statements, which is absurd but it's still fine. Now when I asked them to return my deposit money, they mentioned they will issue a check and needed an address for that, for which I gave them an address in Davis. However, I didn't receive the check for the longest time, so when I went there to check on it personally, I found that they had sent the check to my older apartment address, which I left and was in a different state, despite me giving them the address they had to send it to. The new address I gave them was also written there on their file, but they still messed up. They then initially said they will re-issue the check, but then later said they needed to wait a month before they can re-issue just in case I have mail forwarding and it comes back, despite me confirming that I didn't have mail forwarding set up. Then after a month, I checked back again on the check, to which they said they had sent it out, and now it's been 3 weeks again and I still haven't received the check. It's really shocking to know that they run such a huge property but they can't do simple jobs rights. I would not recommend this place especially if your application gets rejected, it's going to be a long hustle before you can get your deposit money back, or maybe not.
LINQ midtown is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and have balconies or decks. The amenities are very nice and the staff is helpful and responsive.

The LINQ Midtown is the most impressive management operation in the city. Very professional and friendly staff. The community is safe and clean-so appreciative for the service during COVID and unpredictable times.
After more than 11 years of residence, I continue to be very happy here.
A diamond in the rough. Close to transit system, dining and freeways. A stone throw away from Tahoe and San Francisco.
Maintenance issues are always immediately addressed and resolved.
