The apartment is a great complex. Maintenance is very fast. Everything is kept clean, overall quiet community which is wonderful. Love the community room area. Wish there was a place you could rent but overall excellent place to live!

Renewed my lease for another year. Amenities and neighbors are nice. Wish packages were more secure upon delivery, sometimes drivers don’t put them in the lockers. Car has been safe in the garage. Wish the pool was warmer.

So far, my experience has been good. The community seems nice and everybody working here is friendly and helpful. Everybody has been helpful, for example bringing large and heavy delivery packages up to the unit.

The apartments are modern and thoughtfully designed, with walk-in closets, in-unit washer & dryer, and high-quality appliances that make life easy. The staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, and the community amenities are always in top shape. It feels safe, clean, and comfortable. The location is perfect for students and commuters — less than a 5-minute walk to the SMART train, and you’ve got 5 grocery stores within a 10-minute drive. Everything you need is close by. I couldn’t recommend LinQ more highly!

Linq is a great place to live, sometimes communications are lacking from property management, but otherwise great community. Wish the pool was heated in the winter.

Living here made adjusting to Sacramento much easier! Jorge and his team do a wonderful job maintaining the share spaces, and the apartment itself is quite nice. I had an issue with my washing machine, and it was replaced very quickly. The AC is strong, and I feel comfortable both in the summer and winter. The management team has always been responsive and kind! Shoutout to Sabreenah, and Arianna and the rest of the amazing woman team! I like being walking distance to the Co-op and to many things in Midtown. I would definitely recommend living here.

Leasing and maintenance staff seem nice. The gym entrance is a bit strange but the pool table is a huge plus. Lots of parking and elevators is wonderful, and the fact that there are so many gates is cool too. I wish there were compost dumps in each trash room, and that they accepted more than just food scraps, but one victory at a time I guess

I have only lived here a few weeks but have enjoyed everything about LINQ. The staff and neighbors are friendly and helpful, and all of the amenities that I need are available within the complex. Further, it's located close to my job and to everything I need in midtown and downtown.

The management team—Kate, Katie, and Sebreehah—deliver exceptional service, always responsive and kind. Carlos and Dillion provide top-notch maintenance—always prompt and professional. The community is kept spotless, with thoughtful touches like cleaning the outdoor carpet and addressing Amazon delivery concerns. So far it’s wonderful! The apartment is nice, the amenities are nice, and there’s parking which is a huge plus. It’s also nice having a balcony and the appliances are updated

Avoid Unit 278. You’ll end up living below the loudest, most disruptive, and inconsiderate tenant imaginable. Despite being notified multiple times, this person’s behavior hasn’t changed—even after management claimed they’d spoken to them four times. It’s debatable whether they ever spoke with them. LINQ did offer to let me transfer units… with a $200/month rent increase. This came after they initially promised I could move without a rent hike—an agreement they later walked back on. Disappointing experience overall.

Having just sold my home I haven’t lived in an apt for 30 yrs. I am so pleasantly surprised and appreciative of how clean Linq is and how attentive management are to any concern or maintenance I request. Responses are done in a timely manner and makes me not want to leave here. Great location for restaurants, medical, Sacto Natural Food, shopping and easy freeway and light rail access. Friendly neighborhood. What else could you need.

Love living at LINQ Midtown! It's been a great environment since the very beginning, from working with the leasing team to now living here. The area is very walkable, which is great since I have a dog and love any excuse to head to the Co-Op. I enjoy being near fun midtown restaurants and just a short Lyft away from downtown for anything else I might need. The community itself offers a lot to do, from the gym to the pool (especially wonderful during this hot, hot summer). I also appreciate how attentive the staff is; if there is ever a maintenance issue or I have a question about something, they are always super helpful!
