Property Ratings at 3415 Linden Ave.
I lived at the Linden Plaza apartments for about 2 years, and I enjoyed my experience here. The first thing that I noticed when I moved in was the elevator. This helped me save my back from all the moving. The apartment managers are responsive to any issues that come up at the apartment, and they consistently provide the residents with updates. One time my bathtub got a little clogged, and it was promptly fixed after I put in the workorder request. There was also an issue with a neighbor who smoked in their unit, and it was immediately addressed by the manager. There are some strict rules and procedures, but they are there to keep the apartment clean and safe for its residents. The location is on the edge of Bixby Knolls with plenty of good restaurants and neighborhood activities nearby. I would recommend this place to any of my friends, and I in fact referred one friend who loves the place.
I moved into this complex, almost 6 years ago and It really has been a pleasant experience. One standout feature is the manager's exceptional responsiveness in addressing any issues – she prompt and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free living experience. I have never once seen a bug or pest in my years here (that was a very big deal for me). The value for the rent is impressive, considering the array of amenities provided – from a well-equipped gym to a pool area plus ac a dishwasher and parking space. The building exudes a tranquil ambiance, making it a peaceful place to come home too after a long day. People should remember that this is a large apartment, so the manager really doesn’t tolerate loud, disrespectful, and hard to live with tenets, it is still a community. This isn’t going to be your place if you want to throw parties, or leave your clothes in the communal space for hours, and can’t adjust to a large complex of over 100 people. Overall, I have enjoyed my time - the value and cleanliness of this place along with all of the amenities I was seeking made it a no brainer.
I've lived here for over 6 months now and can say this is property is managed by one of the best property manager I have ever had in my renting life so far! I can't say enough good things about all the rules and procedures put into place that make this place very safe and quiet. The property manager will go above and beyond in ensuring your peace as well as your safety. If you're looking for a great quiet safe place to live with your family, I highly recommend Linden Plaza Apartments!
Linden Plaza is one of the best places I have lived at. This complex is for the most part quiet, its filled with working professionals and a lot of nurses, and a few small families, but it always feels like home. Everyone I have interacted with is friendly and courteous of others. I don't know what the people with the negative reviews did to not enjoy their experience, or why they don't like the property manager, but its likely on them for doing something obnoxious. The property manager is probably the best property manager I have ever dealt with, and I've lived all over LA and Sacramento. Fabi is a wonderful person who actually cares about her tenants and their well being! She jumps right on resident concerns and gets things done. Her on-site maintenance man Santi gets things fixed right away, or together they notify tenants when repairs will be made. Fabi works to keep the complex safe, secure, and quiet. She is a strict when it comes to rules, but that is a good thing when you come home from work and don't want to deal with noisy or smoking neighbors. Fabi actually talks to the residents as well, knows everyone by name, and has conversations on a personal level, not just as a property manager. The units are well upkept and updated fairly frequently, I just got a new water heater even though the last one was just fine, but I appreciate the preventative maintenance. The building and unit amenities are great; the gated and under-building parking is great, the spaces are large (I drive a truck), and the extra storage there is a bonus. I'm sad to be moving out after just under a year here, and only because I'm moving in with my girlfriend and need more space, there's currently no two-bedrooms available :(. However, Fabi was understanding for my moving out and even helped me in my search for other places! She didn't get mad about losing a tenant, she actually cares that I find other accommodations, I have never experienced that anywhere else I have lived. This woman even hooked me up with her own real estate agent as I am looking to buy in the near future as well. I guarantee you won't find a better property manager anywhere, especially one that helps you when you are going elsewhere. So anyways, I digress, but the people with the bad reviews, likely brought their bad experience on themselves. This place, the people, and the manager are wonderful. If you're looking for a place to live, look no further and get in here when you can, you won't regret it!
I wanted to share my experiences at Linden as this is the 2nd time I'm renting with them. I lived here as a teenager about 8 years ago w/my folks. The rent was cheap but the management and maintenance service could have been better. Now I'm married with kids and a working professional. After my job relocated me to Signal Hill about two towns over I decided to rent with Linden because they were month to month and had a unit readily available. It's a whole NEW STAFF!! The manager is very 'hands on' and she makes herself available to the residents concerns. The place this much cleaner and quieter than when I lived their as a kid. They have this awesome new maintenance guy James. He actually 'works' and repairs the deficiencies in the units and it makes a hole world of difference! Way Way Overdue!! The other apartments I rented in LA County were much higher in rent and their services weren't up to par. But I'm sooo happy we moved back. My family and I feel safe, we're in a clean, conservative property...it feels like a community here!
My husband and I live at Linden with our two girls for 8yrs and had a great experience! The apartment was spacious. The girls love the pool in the courtyard where they could play. It was important for us for the kids to be in the Bixby Knolls school district. They didn't have good manager the first two years we lived there. But now they have new management and an excellent staff! We definitely would live there again or recommend it to family.
Unless they have changed their Ownership and Office Management. Nothing has changed but the date time and year. This place has the poorest owner he can't manage and he hires poor managers. The one he should hire as a manager he doesn't. The review that gives them the greatest I know they wrote it. I will not recommend this place. Check out the Better Business Bureau and The LBC Courts too much mess!
I moved to Long Beach for grad school. Not knowing anyone, I looked for somewhere I could feel comfortable and safe. Linden Plaza Apartments are very safe, have graged parking, events at the pool, a work out room. The apartments themselves are very big! I haven't seen anything for the price with that size. There is also AC and two large closets. Overall I am very happy with the unit!
