The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Linden Hill Station Apartments and Townhomes
I'm pretty annoyed I wasted my time communicating with the leasing office to set up a time to view a 2 bedroom apartment, taking time out of my day from my busy schedule to get there, then being told there are no 2 bedroom apartments available. I literally made the appointment to view a 2 bedroom apartment less than 24 hours prior to my viewing date. I wish that was communicated better so I didnt have to drive all the way there for no reason. So be careful, and honestly dont make the trip unless you have other things to do in the area so your trip is not completely wasted.
