Lincoln Village Apartments

I’ve lived at Lincoln Village Apartments for over 6 years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place. The amenities are top-notch and have only improved over the years. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and really goes the extra mile to make sure residents feel taken care of. Maintenance has been consistently quick, professional, and reliable whenever I’ve needed anything. One of my favorite things is the beautiful landscaping — the grounds are always well-kept and make the community feel welcoming and peaceful. Plus, the location is hard to beat. You’ve got a ton of shopping, dining, and essentials all within a few miles, which is super convenient. All in all, I’d highly recommend Lincoln Village to anyone looking for a great place to live with a solid community vibe and great service.

Never available. Maintenance is lacking. Put in for a repair and 3 months later, finally showed up.

I just moved into Lincoln Village and just love the location. It’s really close to shopping and restaurants. The apartments are off Division Street which is the main North/South roads in Spokane.

This beautiful luxurious paradise in the middle of the concrete jungle that is Spokane makes you believe your apart from it all. Having had homes in Spokane/Colville/Tacoma/Yakima/Olympia/Onion Creek WA, to Santa Fe NM, Santa Barbara CA ,Gunnison Co, Crested Butte Co, Troncones Mx, Zijuatanejo Mx, Saluelita Mx this is quite literally and honestly the first time I've ever had my heart where my home is. My son and are always very aware of any possible safety issues where we live..and here we don't worry about this. There are so many good things to say about this apartment village that my review could easily be two pages. To make it short and sweet I must say you will be treated with total care and respect by the staff here at Lincoln Village. Thank you to the staff, who go to such great lengths to do all inclusive generous fun community events,rewards,even right down to their own ice cream truck ..it feels like we live at a resort...and I've lived at a resort lol.

I have lived here for over almost a year now and the staff here is amazing! They are on top of any maintenance issue. and the grounds are kept very clean! Great location and lovely people!

This is a great place to live. It is always kept very clean and maintenance crew are all awesome friendly and willing to help.

I've only been living here for about a month and I'm loving it. The landlords are amazing, maintenance crew is so awesome and the apartments in general are so nice! Such a beautiful and quiet area, and super close to everything you need. Definitely would rate higher if I was able to!

Beautiful homey surroundings. The management are very caring towards their tenets and staff. The amenities are 5 star. I’m so grateful for the property management and how well they keep up with these apartments. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

There are lots of community amenities, like the pool, sauna, fitness center, and BBQ areas, etc. The grounds are very well maintained. Conveniently located with lots of nearby shopping. Quick commute to downtown.

The staff are very courteous and the grounds are well maintained. It's very quiet, close to everything and the rent is reasonable. Highly recommended.

Couldn't ask for much more in a place to live. Safe community where I can have my pets. There's a pool and a fitness center which I love, and the manager is the nicest person I've ever met. Someone you can rely on to help you out and someone who is a human and you can speak to about any concerns. Love this place to death

We have found Lincoln Village to be a nice place to rent. Our unit was clean when we moved in. We find the unit/Lincoln Village to be the right fit for us. We enjoy the amenities very much, particularly the grilling and pool areas! Coming from the midwest we enjoy the landscaping at the property. It is different than what we are used to, and it is well kept! We have a small dog and the pet area is perfect. We have found all our interactions with the staff to be positive. Everyone is respectful, courteous and professional. Any questions we have are addressed immediately . We are very happy here and would highly recommend Lincolm Village!

I love the location and maintenance is always responsive and prompt when repairs are needed. Management is knowledgeable and very helpful.

Lots and lots of rules, you can't park backwards, pets have to be DNA tested, your tabs on your vehicle better be up to date or they will tow you. No BBQ's (they have two WORKING, gas grills in the middle of the property which is open to anyone.) Infestations of mice, centipede and brown recluse spiders. They don't tell you if you happen to have a package that was delivered. So hopefully USPS leaves you a slip or you don't get the delivery because it's "not their job to notify you"....super kid friendly though!

Well I moved here for the amenities which is why I pay $550 a month. They keep raising the rent but not all the amenities work and it is already the most expensive studio in Spokane. I will not keep paying more. That is for sure.
