The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lincoln Park Apartments
Everything is old and falling apart. It doesn’t look nice like in the photos. They don’t give you new appliances when they break down, they grab old ones from vacant apartments. Our rug is old and they won’t give us a new one. They are stingy here. Our apartment is falling apart. They take forever to fix things also. They don’t give you parking stickers and threaten to tow your car instead. There’s homeless people surrounding the complex.
This complex is the worst complex I have ever had the misfortune to live in. They do not clean ANYTHING upon move in including units which smoke cigarettes inside. They do not repaint the units upon move in. They do not clean the carpets in the units. So if you have allergies good luck. EVERYTHING is out of pocket. Carpet cleaning, paint and prepare to clean everything from the microwave to the garbage disposal. Packages delivered are stolen. Homeless are rampant and good luck finding parking. I would not advise single women park anywhere on the street or the sides of the complex due to homeless and shady characters. The windows do not seal. So the NEST unit which you cannot control via the app because they office controls the email to log in will constantly be fighting to either stay cool or stay warm. So be prepared for 200-300 electric bill on top of the community utilities. If you cherish your car. Be willing to get 2-3 door dings a month. Easy. Be prepared for cars parking in your parking spot and the office to do little to nothing to help, correct or aid you in any way.
Avoid this place at all costs. It is not worth the amount you pay. That you will continue to pay even after you end the lease. None of the managers know what they are doing. No one communicates in the office. They constantly have different people in the office and shockingly enough, still untrained. Still clueless about their residents. This place is TRASH. It's disguised as a nice complex. DO NOT move here. You will 100% regret it.
I've lived here for 10 months. Maintence is great, usually very fast and fix the problem fast. Office staff wasn't great, but there are new people now and they seem very nice.
Well we have lived in many places across the United states and other countries because my husband is in the military. So renting is always a hastle. He doesn't make alot and I am a stay at home mom raising our kids. But this Apartment complex we moved into has fit us well. It's a great community. Very friendly. Very cheap. With a variety of stores. The traffic is a little rough around the area. The apartment complex is nice. Has a pool. Wifi office. Gym. Definitely nice to live here.
