Lincoln Glens Apartments

This place does not care about you. All they care about is the money they can make. I’ve been here 1 year. I’ve been late on rent a few times but always paid everything. I had covid from January to March of 2020. Before the end of March they told me they were evicting me even though I jumped through their hoops with the covid payment plan. When I asked why they were not renewing my lease, I got no real answer. Come to find out, I am not the only one they are doing this to. DO NOT MOVE HERE. They do not care about the tenants, they only care about the money and how they can make the most money possible. Look elsewhere. If I could give a negative number review I would. -100/10

Large floor plans and lots of mature trees and areas to walk pets. The apartments themselves are dated and lack proper ventilation. My apartment often smells of marijuana, with the smell coming from the dryer vent in my laundry room. I’ve reported it to the office and I was told to change the air filter on my heating and air. My upstairs neighbor had a large dog that is kept on their balcony so my balcony reeks of dog urine. Also you will be charged $35 for not emptying out every single cabinet, upper and lower cabinets in the kitchen and every cabinet in the bathroom for pest control. I emptied all bathroom and lower cabinets in the kitchen and was still charged the fee. I was told by the manager jonna that unfortunately bugs don’t discriminate. The gates are always broken and most recently, the main entrance gate has been out of order going on a month now. I have been almost hit head on 3 times from people exiting the complex while I was trying to enter. If you looking to live here, I’d look elsewhere!

Lived in this place for years. Fine for the first few but then went down hill fast. They let anyone move in and don't check the occupancy. There could be 7 people in one apt. And there never clean. The bed bugs are in several buildings because the treatment they do is worthless. The cockroaches are so bad they come out of nail holes. This place turned into a dump real quick.

I thought this apartment has some serious problems with water and their management. I have been here for 4 months, and they shut down water 5 times, only one time I got notice!! When I asked them when will water be back, they always said they don't know!! Also, I really shocked about water fee, every months I paid around 36-40 bucks. When I asked them why the water fee so high. They answered I do not know, the water just expensive as electric fee, and the apartment already paid half of them, if they don't, the resident will pay around 70-80 bucks every months!! This water fee is more expensive than my electric fee!! No sense!!

For the most part it seems like a very well put together complex but I wish there were note description of amenities and pictures of more floor plans!
