Lincoln Gardens Senior Living Community is a newly renovated historic building for seniors ages 55+, who fall under a certain income. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom units, each with high ceilings, air conditioning, dishwashers, and tons of storage. The building also features an elevator, a community room, laundry room, exercise space, library, and computer lab. Outside spaces include 2 gazebos, a patio, barbeque grill area, and a tenant garden. Up to 2 pets are allowed with an additional deposit. We always maintain a wait list, and keep applications in the order that they are received. We accept housing vouchers from Arbor Development, Hornell Housing Authority, and any other verifiable voucher source.
