Life at Legacy Fountains

I am very satisfied with Tre Legacy Fountains. The Property Management Office is awesome! I love the commeraty the staff display within the community. The only complaint we have is the maintenance staff not following through with work requests.

So far Balanced it’s just my first month. It takes a couple of months to feel the atmosphere of the place

Don't waste your time. Not sure whether this leasing office is staffed or even aware they have ads posted on the apartment listing websites indicating they have units available. There is no way to speak to a human in the leasing office or the management company. We attempted to schedule a tour on three separate days -- two Saturdays and a Wednesday. On each day we had tours scheduled, we received texts stating that the leasing agent had "a conflict," and they would contact us again to reschedule. The first two times this happened (both Saturdays), we accepted the rescheduled tour times. Then on both days, the rescheduled tours also were canceled. Weirdly, we later found that the leasing office hours listed on Google state that the office is closed on Saturdays; however, all of the apartment listing websites (e.g., Apartments.com, etc.) indicate that this leasing office has Saturday hours. Makes absolutely no sense. So, we scheduled again for a Wednesday afternoon, took off work to make the 2-hour drive from Columbia, and the tour again was canceled due to "a conflict." This time, we won't reschedule.

Work orders never get answered or completed. Grounds upkeep is terrible. Paper thin walls. Shoddy work by hired contractors i.e. painting and installations of flooring, plumbing, cabinets etc. Questions and concerns fall on deafs of owners/management.

Little to no communication. Maintenance orders take weeks to be fulfilled.

My experience was at first rocky but once we got issues fixed, it’s been a great experience. I have no issues, it’s quiet and peaceful. If I need things fixed which I really haven’t needed anything, they are very prompt and respectful.

We love our apartment. It’s a quiet area, neighbors are nice.

Overall it’s been an okay experience. Neighbors I’ve had, have always been friendly. Maintenance tends to run behind with calls. No issues within the community

I thought this was a good place for me and son and turns out no. The communication horrible ! Communication is off and can be very disrespectful! Things that were needs to be taken care of took months. And I still have issues going on

This is a really nice place to live. Tracy and Isaiah are very friendly and try to resolve issues in a timely manner

I'm from Hawaii, Samoa. and also grew up in wooded areas Living at Legacy Fountains, brings back those memories as there's a nature trails and a river that is surprisingly not mentioned on their website, under their amenities. Plus! access to public transportation is a breeze or easy access to downtown areas..

Nice friendly property staff. They’re there for you through the whole process which was amazing.

I love living here and feel very safe as a single woman. I have never had any bad experiences with management or fellow residents. I feel safe coming and going at any hours and The Life at Legacy Fountains feels like home.

If you want a property that does not reply to calls and you physically have to go to the office to catch a live person then this is it. The only form of communication is misspelled letters on the door. The staff are all rude, no exceptions, and all of the negative reviews are absolutely true. The positive reviews are from employees.

I love living at Legacy Fountains. I've never had any issues with staff or other residents and feel very safe in the community. During the winter I could always count on the sidewalks and parking lot being salted and plowed which is much appreciated. The text alerts sent out are super convenient and help me stay updated. My only complaint is I was never told where the laundry facility is so I've just been taking mine to a laundromat nearby. Great staff, I've liked everyone I've met!

My Experience 10 months has been terrible, I get no peace living here, have to Smell Marijuana everyday and barley can sleep, dont feel comfortable or safe

I am really loving my new apartment / home at Life at Legacy Fountains. I have not lived in an apartment in 25 years so I wasn't really sure what to expect. The office management and staff are extremely helpful and very nice. I enjoyed my communications with them throughout the process. I moved from out of state so I may have had more questions and phone calls than most. Isaiah and Daryl were both very kind and helpful throughout the entire process.

As of now, I would not recommend this place to a homeless person. They need to fix communication, learn to handle maintenance request, and hire staff that know about high volume calls/complaints.

Nice staff, good apartments. Its quiet and the inside is nice, clean and spacious

I have been living at The Legacy Fountains for almost 5 years, its quite , 24 hr security ,rent is reasonably priced, professional management team. Great location.

Its become a nice area to live in, usually peaceful. I wish the leasing office was more accessible!
