Liberty Square Apartments

I just recently looked at a tour here and it was so cute and cozy. The property looked like it, it is in a safe environment. Rachel was so sweet and very polite. I’m definitely putting an application in.

I actually enjoy living here, this will be make 8 years for me and I can honestly say this is a safe quiet neighborhood. Rachel always responds quickly and gets what I need answered. Every now and then you can hear neighbors due to the thin walls but that would be the only thing I would change.

Roomy apartments in a nice neighborhood with s very in touch property management Pool and playground !! Easy access to hospitals and shopping. Come and visit to see for yourself. Definitely affordable.

Apartment flooded and management didn’t make it a priority leaving me living in my bedroom for 2 months. Also wouldn’t put my checks towards rent would hold onto them

Rachel was very pleasant and informative. She gave me a tour and made sure I was able to understand the process on moving in for January. Thank you for your patience and answering all my questions.

Been living here for a year, it is quiet for the most part. Only real issue I have is people smoking inside the building, should be enforced more out of the concern for others in the building. they’ve been cleaning more throughout the year I’ve been here, I hope it continues. it is a decent place to live if you’re a first time renter.

Management does not care of your issues !, they do the opposite of what’s needed for the tenants . Maintenance worked try to do there job but they are restricted you would think they take care of tenants who late loyal and pay on time but who cares

The apartments are clean, the access to 95 is very convenient, as well as other places in Newark which makes it easy to get everywhere. The pool has been nice this summer and I have no complaints about management or neighbors. All in all it’s been a great experience so far!

Liberty Square has been my home for the past 4 years! I love it here. The office staff is friendly and kind. I have a quiet building with friendly neighbors. I have never witnessed any disturbances or crime and its super peaceful here. There is a trail to walk my dog in the back-the trail and park is always filled with children laughing and playing. It makes me feel safe and feel at peace. I continued my lease for another year and I could not be happier!

Overpriced apartments, mediocre amenities no fitness rooms buildings need paint run down basketball court if u want to call it that ! Maintenance staff is ok laundry room filthy with amount of money paid in rent everything should be updated

The upgrades inside these apartments is so so nice. And the property is so well maintained. There are these absolutely gorgeous flowering trees everywhere in the spring. I am so happy to live

Do not waste your money here. This place is infested with roaches. You try to talk to management and they act like they have never spoke with you before. You call multiple times to get no help. Holes that invite rodent in. Electric sockets that dont work even after you've asked maintenance to fix.

Shout out to Liberty Square. Management and maintenance has been wonderful through our chaotic year. Happy Holidays to all and keep the great work up.

Don’t not move here infested with roaches been here 2 weeks and killed over 50 roaches spoke with office lady rude trying to charge 2 months to break lease. Floor is sinking in and this is supposed to be a “remodel unit” what a joke wish I could include pictures.

My wife and 5-year old daughter were residents in this property for a little over a year. Over that period, our experience here was excellent! Relatively quiet property; Conveniently located close to the relevant amenities (the Christianna Mall, I-95, grocery stores. etc) and approx. 10-minute drive to UD; The manager here was very responsive to our maintenance requests and we never had to follow up twice. I think they are upgrading their apartments so, I believe the next tenant would certainly have an even better experience. Also to note, my application for residency was all processed when I was out of the country. The office manager was very patient throughout this process. Definitely recommend!

18 D hi I’ve been living here almost one year when I first moved into the place I was a little disappointed with the groundskeeping but now we have new maintenance man they’re wonderful the place is much cleaner and it’s nicer the manager Rachel is very helpful and very nice. great place to live

My husband and I have been residents of Liberty Square for over 4 years. The property manger is very attentive to the needs of the residences. Maintence address your work orders in a timely manner and are very pleasant. The swimming pool is a great amenity during the summer months. We also enjoy walking the track here year round. The complex is in a perfect location to both my job and my husbands as well as grocery stores, malls, gas stations and 95 interstate.

My fiancé and I have lived here for about 2.5 years now and have had a good experience. The new property manager and management are working towards making this property even better. We have not had any issues with insects like other reviews mention and any issues we have had, once we report them, are taken care of in a timely manner. The location is great given we both work within 10 mins of the apartment. And they are a great dog friendly neighborhood. We’ve had a good experience here thus far.
