Liberty Lake Apartments will be opening its subsidized housing wait list between May 15, 2020 to August 15, 2020. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria. Pre-applications are treated equally and will be placed on the waiting list in order of receipt. Applicants are welcome to download a pre-application online at www.libertylakeapts.com or request applications by calling our office at (847) 438-6111 to be mailed. Completed applications can be mailed to management office at 201 S. Buesching Road Lake Zurich, IL 60047 or emailed to libertylake@amcllc.net postmarked no later than August 15, 2020. With 70 affordable family units, there's room at Liberty Lake for all! We are a land based section 8/tax credit facility receiving government subsidy. Tenant rents are based on 30% of the household annual income. Located a few miles northwest of Chicago, Lake Zurich is a very small namesake village. The body of water the small town is named after anchors the town. Most of the stores, restaurants, and service businesses are located on the roads bordering Lake Zurich, Rand Road and Main Street. Residents can access the lake through one of the parks that surrounds the lake. Paulus Park is a popular green space offering lake access, a playground, and a beach. Lions Park is another local favorite and hosts the annual Alpine Fest, a three-day celebration with classic fair rides. Mold,Moldand Mold!The apartments are filled with Mold and they just paint over it and they are done!Kids with asthma and breathing issues suffer.Dog poop at the bus stops.The main doors always open with a pull!MANAGEMENT Knows all of this and does ..Nothing!Think twice about moving in!!!
