Property Ratings at Liberty Hill Apartments
If you choose this APT, you have to travel with trash bag by car everyday. There are only one trash can area. I’m not joke. After moving out APT, I got over thousand dollars bill. It need to pay the whole carpet cost for one coin size spot for room. Also we need to pay old old tub reglaze for over 200 dollars, even not broken part. You must be careful this hidden cost.

I absolutely love living in Liberty Hill Apartments! I've been here for 4 months now, and it was all during COVID quarantine. So, I've spent a LOT of time in this apartment, and I'm still in love with it. The area feels really safe/diverse, and the grounds are kept really clean. The location is pretty great too. We're really close to downtown Solon/422 without feeling like we're right in the middle of it. It feels really residential/quiet while still being close to stores and restaurants. I haven't had a ton of interaction with most of the staff, but Judy is AMAZING! I moved here from Texas. So, my tour etc was all virtual and there were a lot of logistics to consider. And, Judy helped me with all of it! The times I've interacted with the rest of the staff has been great as well. All around, I've had a great experience here. I would very very highly recommend it!

Lived here for a yr before I had to move due to work. I lived in a remodeled 2 bed unit. Great apartments, reasonable, very well maintained, office staff is amazing especially "Judy" she is THE BEST. Maintenance staff is awesome always on site and available anytime. Will respond to our maintenance needs within 5-15 mins max guaranteed. Great neighborhood and great community. Quiet, friendly and very safe. Me and wife would go out walking at 10 pm every nite in summer and never had any issues. Def def would recommend Only downfall is that select units do not get ANY Sunlight at ALL so keep that in mind if you are one of those peoples who require sunlight. So sad I had to leave Liberty Hill.

I LOVE LIVING HERE. WE HAVE A FAMILY ATMOSPHERE. I WAS APPROVED FOR A HOME LOAN BUT I HATE TO LEAVE. I AM PLANNING TO STAY HERE FOR AS LONG AS I CAN. MY PARENTS WANT HAVE AGREED TO HELP ME PURCHASE A HOME (THEY HAVE ONE) TO LIVE IN AFTER I RETIRE BUT I HAVE NOT STARTED LOOKING EVEN THOUGH I AM PRE-QUALIFIED. THE STAFF HERE IS FRIENDLY AND KEEP THE APARTMENT CLEAN. ANY MAINTENANCE NEEDED IS ATTENDED TO PROMPTLY. I WAS ACTUALLY HESITANT ABOUT WRITING THIS REVIEW BECAUSE I DO NOT WANT THE DEMAND HERE TO INCREASE SINCE I DO NOT WANT MY RENT TO INCREASE! I want to say that, for me, it was the most economical and smart choice to rent an apartment to match my needs. The square footage is the best you can get for the price. Maintenance is awesome. If anything breaks or needs fixing, they are there to fix it. The area is very family oriented. Great schools, shops, and restaurants. It's relatively close to the major highways and areas. Access to the amenities; the pool, the gas grills, the clubhouse, the fitness center (open 24 hrs), open concept kitchens, hard wood floors, etc... And again, for the price? You can't beat. I've been living here for 8 years, and i plan to be here for 8 more!
