I’ve been here for two years and I have no complaints. The office staff is very friendly and anytime I’ve had a maintenance request, they have made sure to respond in a timely manner. The complex stays clean and I always feel very safe. I would recommend this property to everyone.
This apartment building is not well made. Mold grows in the window seals no matter how many times they/you wipe them due to them not being sealed in properly when installed. Because of that I had leaking in the bay window area when it rains. As well as leaking coming from the ceiling light fixture in my kitchen area from my upstairs apartment kitchen pipes. They on call maintenance is not a thing. If it is after hours you are just out of look maybe they will call you back the next 2 to 3 business days. The door frames haves cracks in them where you can see the light outside due to improper sealing. When I first moved in I had to request for the apartment to be recleaned. Cheap decent living but definitely not luxury.

I have stayed many places but this far is the best. I have only been here 2 years and I don't plan on moving anytime soon. The office staff is always so friendly and are always happy to help me with anything I ask. The maintenance guys are also super nice and does a good job. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you're looking for a nice and affordable place to live in a good area.

This property is the WORST I’ve ever lived. I was without a microwave for 2 weeks. Every time I would call to check the status I got an attitude. I’ve put in a request for my light in the kitchen to be repaired, still not repaired. Asked for a new air filter. Was told to come get it myself just for me to get there and she give me the wrong size. Gate is ALWAYS broken. Not the cleanest. Rude office staff. High turnover rate. I wouldn’t recommend this place to NO ONE!!!!

Shaniqua the property manager is rude and unconcerned management overall. Property is nasty, black mold in the buildings, security gate is broken more than it’s fixed, work orders never taken care of, car break ins and an excuse for every concern you have. Then this is the place for you. Run fast from this property.

RUN! They have cost me over $3,000.00 in TWO months of living here between rent, deposits, fees for this, fees for that, fees & more fees! 2 months in & the service requests still haven't been completed. Peeling cabinets, the office never answers the phone... you go in & gotta wait forever to speak with someone bc they are understaffed. You've been warned & good luck!
Cannot wait to be a part of this wonderful complex. Kayla and the leasing office were all fantastic. Kayla gave me one of the BEST tours I have ever had. FIVE STARSSSSS!!!!

This is literally the best place I have ever stayed! When I came to apply, Kayla and the rest of the staff greeted me and my fur baby with open arms. I can honestly say that I made the RIGHT decision. My pug and I are enjoying the dog park. I am in an upgraded unit on the third floor with vaulted ceilings and a great sunroom! My neighbors are super sweet and there's never a problem with parking.

Oh you are making a huge mistake living here!! More police reports than kids in a candy store! Domestic violence, break ins, maintenance never fixes anything!! Stay away stay far away, drugs, hookers are on the corner! This place is awful!!
If you’re looking for a nasty apartment where nothing gets done this is the place for you! You will regret every cent spent at this crappy apartment. Don’t be like me and save yourself from this place.
I absolutely hated my time spent at Lexington. For starters the apartment was NOT move-in ready when I arrived first day, the even lost my dang key. They had to call a locksmith to come out and open up the apartment. I had a bedroom door where it looked like someone punched the door, loose tiles, drier was not drying properly, the list goes on and on. They will try to ease you over with "new owners" but it's still a few of the same lazy office workers and maintenance crew I have ever met. They are horrible with repairs and pretty much think silly putty is the answer to everything. You have to deal with roof leaks every time it rains, trash in the breeze ways for days, dog poop everywhere but the "dog park" they recently added. The front gate almost NEVER is working but thankfully I haven't noticed any break-ins. They are very unorganized and currently about to go up in price. I suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else cause this place is a joke!
I would not recommend anyone moving to Lexington Park. The staff is very unprofessional and the manager Shaniqua is very rude. If you come to her with a problem she jumps at you like you are the problem. The maintenance staff broke into my apartment and stole my furniture, in which I had to file a police report. They made my stay very terrible. I will never recommend anyone sign a lease here.
The apartments are pretty nice. BUT THE MAINTENANCE SUCKS. I've been waiting for over a month for them to do everything on my list. Emergency or not. I pay good money to live here and EVERYTHING needs to be right.
I am extremely satisfied and happy at Lexington Park Apartments! My family and I all love this apartment complex! The staff is very caring,friendly ,and the maintenance staff is very friendly as well! If you are looking for a new home,STOP looking and lease here! This is your new home!
The management team are helpful and knowledgeable. When situations arise that need tending to usually the response is timely and issues corrected. The complex manager, in particular, seems to be caring and willing to assist residents in any way possible. For my money, this complex is second to none and the amenities create a family atmosphere for fun and community. I love this place!!!!!!
I've enjoyed the quite neighborhood and the landscape. However, cabinet space, a linen closet, pantry, and better tubs would be great. My tub has been peeling which is disgusting. Overall I enjoy my apartment.
Lexington Park Apts are affordable but they can make a few changes to be considered luxury. I enjoy the quiet neighborhood, and landscape. They need more cabinet space, a clubhouse, larger fitness center, and all apts should be upgraded. They were charging me for storage I didn't have, but they corrected. Overall I recommend them.
I truly enjoy where I stay. The apartment community and staff are very friendly. The apartments are very modern and spacious. Great pricing with access to a gym, swimming pool, and tanning room. If you enjoy luxury living at a reasonable price with great people surrounded by you away from the city noise and traffic, but relatively close to the city life as well. This would be a great place to call home.
