The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Lexington
The first thing that I loved about signing a lease here was the fact it was 6 months, with the ability to leave whenever necessary (with a 2-month notice). No hidden fees within the lease, I paid exactly what I was told and never once felt like I was being ripped off. I even lost my keys for a few days and the on-site managers Andy and Emily responded to my texts immediately and let me in without charging or hassling. The kitchen is beautiful with a very quaint living room and bedroom. It is not too flashy, but it is great value for the location and cost. The building consists of all 1-bedroom units, so it is very quiet during the evenings and at night. Location was safe and it is walkable to grocery, food, drinks, and downtown MKE (water street, Fiserv Forum, etc). Highly recommend for a single person or a couple to live here. Most other places in the immediate area cost more and have the same if not worse quality.
I submitted and signed all of necessary documentation to lease at The Lexington Apartments well in advance of the discussed move-in date for the unit I wanted to relocate to. I was extremely excited to move into this luxurious-like, affordable apartment building. I was in constant communication (via text and telephone) with a realtor Tim leading up my move-in. However, 4 days prior to my expected move-in date and termination of my previous lease, Tim called me to inform me that the unit was no longer available and was given to another individual(s) since I ‘did not appear to be interested in moving forward with the lease’, according to him. I was left stranded and was forced to find a new apartment within 4 days. I strongly encourage anyone interested in renting from Shoreline, and especially those dealing with Tim, to reconsider any other real estate groups in Milwaukee. This property management is unprofessional, disorganized, insensitive and very likely to leave you high-and-dry, as they did for me.
Overall the quality of the building isn't impressive and it can be a little noisy, but the updated kitchens and bathrooms are wonderful. If you're looking for something in between the older, cheaper apartments and the fancier, expensive luxury apartments in the neighborhood, then this place is doing a great job of filling that space.
