Property Ratings at Lexington Apartments
I've lived here for a year now. Prior to this year I lived out here 4 years in 2017. Both of my experiences has been great. I loved the modern updates that are available now. Management does a great job of enforcing rules. Maintenance requests are always handled promptly. I left Southaven because rent was super high and rising, the rent at the Lexington is decent much more affordable. I love it here.
The Lexington has been nothing short of amazing. The amenities and the staff is great. Maintenance is pretty quick, but most of all I love that the community is gated.
I love the property! Very well kept. Definitely feel safe. Management is very much hands on and takes great care of the property!

The Lexington apartments is a very quiet and very pet friendly neighborhood. The two bedroom and two bathroom apartments are very comfy and spacious. Great balcony, great floor plan. Neighbors are also very quiet and friendly as well.
The Lexington Apartment are very neat, clean and well maintained. Having a washer and dryer supplied with the unit is an added bonus. The elementary school is just minutes away and it’s close to nearby cities with great shopping centers and restaurants This complex is very peaceful and it’s gated. I live in a renovated apartment and it looks exactly how it is pictured on the website.

The staff here is amazing I have been living here for almost two years and never had a problem cause they always make sure that the apartments are ready nice and clean I over Love the Renovation ones they are a huge plus the appliances are lovely.,The pool is beautiful the gym is always open for the residents to use 24hrs when you don’t have to pay to exercise is a plus.Ms Terri you are doing a amazing job here with your team keep you the good work! This is one of the best complexes ive stayed in. Maintence is always attentive and on time, the safety of the residents is never compromised, not far from the casinos or the 24hr subway.
I enjoy living at The Lexington Apartments. I love it here very quiet and clean. The staff at the office is very nice and helpful. The manager and staff are on point when it comes to taking care of any problems. I love the communications emails and text messages letting the residents know what’s going on around the property. I will recommend this apartments to anyone that would love to move to this area.

This complex is very peaceful and it’s gated, bonus. They have quiet hours so that does help especially for those working through the day. I reside in a renovated apartment and it looks exactly how it is pictured on the site. The maintenance is quite quick when it comes to fixing issues and the new office staff is very attentive and responsive to their residents.
Overall an excellent place to live. Well managed and maintained, Great location and quality construction/finishes/amenities. I have had no problems since living here – appliances, heating/AC, lights, etc all work well. Very quiet as well. I recommend living here!

I love being a resident here. The staff is polite and is very helpful with anything that i need. Staff answered the phone and respond through text promptly. I have no complaints. Property is renovated and clean. No pest what so ever. Very affordable rent. Nearby casinos and 30 minutes from Memphis, TN.
