These are furnished 2 bedroom apartments

The apartments rent week to week. All bills paid. No lease or deposit. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, pots & pans, silverware and all other utensils plus a dining table and chairs. Clothes washer and dryer is next to the kitchen. There is a half bath downstairs. Living room has cable with an HDTV, sofa and a recliner. Upstairs is two bedrooms with all linens, towels and blankets, cable TV in each room. Full bath upstairs. Comes with soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies and flushable paper goods. Covered parking for 2 cars or 1 truck in back. People renting these apartments are doing short term contract work at the refinery. These are places to stay for a few weeks to several months, no longer. It's an alternative to living in a motel while working in Coffeyville.
