Lenox West Luxury Apartments

We’ve been living at Lenox West for a short amount of time (since May 2025), but our experience has been nothing short of absolutely amazing. Move in day was fantastic, the property was clean, well maintained, and clearly diligently prepared for us to have a great start. The amenities are fantastic! There is a well maintained dog park that we always take our dog to, there are two ponds to catch and release fish out of, there are two amazing, sleek, modern pools we visit almost daily, and to top it off there is nice trail on the outer rim of the property. The appliances are modern and work without any problems. Management and maintenance requests are fulfilled the same day generally, and very promptly with great care. If you were struggling to find an apartment, this one was an amazing choice for us! Make this your new home today and I promise you will not be disappointed!

I’ve lived at Lenox West for almost three years, and I can confidently say it’s been an amazing experience from day one. The community here is not only beautiful but also exceptionally well-maintained. The ponds add a serene touch, making it a peaceful place to come home to every day. One of the standout aspects is how friendly and responsive the staff is. Whether it’s the management team or the maintenance crew, they are always ready to help with a smile. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the team is both knowledgeable and approachable, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and well-kept, making for a comfortable living space. Plus, there are fun community events that bring everyone together, making it easy to feel connected to your neighbors. I’ve loved every minute of living here and couldn’t recommend Lenox West more highly!

Toured this complex for a family member and absolutely loved the staff here! The office felt so welcoming and had top notch service. The apartments and amenities were beautiful!!! If I was local I would absolutely rent here! Thank you Lenox for a wonderful experience.

I moved here a few weeks ago from a house in the country. I was worried that it would be difficult to go from all that space to an apartment, but I was wrong! The maintenance crew is fast and efficient and all of the ladies in the leasing office are amazing! I love it here!

I just moved in and it’s been a very smooth transition. Leasing team was very helpful with everything, maintenance is friendly is quickly answers request.

I have been here 9 months and it has been the most positive experience! The staff is all very attentive and friendly. Apartments and property are kept in top notch condition. I love the walking trails and the lake on the property. My neighbors are all great too, friendly and quiet. I would recommend these apartments to anyone wanting a place that feels like home!

We moved to Lenox West in April 2022 from Colorado and they have been pleasant to work with! They are great at providing opportunities to get tenants involved! I felt very safe living here with electronic doors as well as tons of light at night! The community was great and accepting as well!

I have lived here for over a year now and could not imagine living elsewhere. Maintenance is fantastic and always gets any issues resolved same day. The updates are great and it really feels like home. My puppy loves the dog park and the walking trail. It's very peaceful and driving through the community you will see why. The office staff is always on top of things and is extremely communitive! Don't pass up on this gem.

Between the shoddy renovations, lack of caulking causing mold problems, cheap unsealed vinyl floors, dog poop problems, being gaslit by the property manager, windows being unable to lock and having maintenance in almost constantly to fix problems (the windows are still broken, btw, and now both don't lock and not just one. How did they manage to break it more?!), the thin ceilings, walls, and floors, and brown recluse problems we've had, I guess it's a shelter. Not worth the price point. Run! Run away!

The leasing agents were so friendly and helpful! I am so excited to move here! The area is beautiful and the newly remodeled apartments are stunning! Definitely the best location to live!

I have lived here for over 6 months and I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment complex! From applying to moving in the office staff handled everything efficiently and thouroghly. They are always communitive and ALWAYS answer the phone which is very rare anywhere else it seems. Their mainentance team really does a great job at getting to an issue and fixing it. Another bonus is that everything from shopping to dining is within a 5 minute drive. Apartment living should be as easy as what Lenox West makes it!

I've lived here over a month now and i really love it! The maintenance team really does a great job at getting to your issue same day. The views are great and It's super peaceful here. My dogs also really love the dog park. I'm super excited to use the pool here in the summer. The location is the best part, you are so close to everything and have easy access to all the major highways and streets. If you commute this would be an ideal location for you!

My experience here at Lenox West has been exceptional. From the first initial interaction, move in, and now living here it has just been so great! Plus the updates to the landscaping are absolutely stunning!!

Since we we've been under new management, it's soooo much better, the ladies in the office are awesome & they always answer the phone. If there's a maintenance problem its normally fixed the same day. I would recommend anyone to give it a try, I plan on being here for years to come.

I’ve lived at prairie lakes for almost a year, new management took over in November & immediately took action to fix things that were not taken care of with the previous management. The apartments are very spacious with storage and a walk in closet in the master. Maintenance does a great job at leaving a note when they have come and either fixed or replaced something. The office staff is always friendly & welcoming, they encourage residents to voice their concerns and they actually do something to help fix the problem or make our stay at prairie lakes more pleasant. For this area in Shawnee, having the Space, amenities, full size washer & dryer (in apartment) the price you pay is not comparable. I would not have left this positive of a review with previous management! Aspen Square has really made some dramatic improvements in the 6 months they have been on property! I would encourage you to stop by & take a tour!

So far, I am extremely pleased with these apartments! I have a 2 bed 2 bath and it is so spacious with everything I need. I have a great patio looking at one of the two lakes, and I never have to fight for a close enough parking spot. The management is incredible! They are all so kind, respectful, as well as helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I have a dog and cat, and the day I moved in, I had a welcome gift with a few necessities, but as well as treats for my fur kids! They are always available to contact, and always willing to do whatever they can to address your concerns! These apartments are close to everything you could want and need, and I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon!! Jasmine
