I have been a resident at Lenox Pointe Apartments for nearly three years, and I must say, I absolutely love it here. One of the main reasons is the spaciousness of my apartment. It provides me with ample room to live comfortably and make it my own. Another aspect that sets Lenox Pointe Apartments apart is the exceptional bug-free environment. I have never had to worry about any unwanted critters invading my living space, which is a huge relief. Moreover, the staff at Lenox Pointe Apartments is incredibly friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist with any concerns or questions that I may have. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant living experience truly sets them apart. What I truly appreciate about this apartment complex is its commitment to supporting the community. Throughout the year, Lenox Pointe Apartments organizes toy and clothes drives, as well as various other charitable events. I'm particularly excited about the upcoming health and wellness event, which further showcases their dedication to the well-being of their residents. Moving to a new state and finding my first apartment was a significant step for me, and I can honestly say that I have not been disappointed with my choice. I have lived here for several years and it is definately home to me! It is a perfect location for all shops, restaurants and grocery stores! Tamara and the team are accessible and go above and beyond to make sure you always feel taken care of!

This has been the perfect place to live for my family and I. We haven’t had many issues with our living space but the few we have had maintenance always fixed very quickly. Management of Lenox Pointe has always answered my questions quickly and have really made us feel at home in our apartment. A huge part as to why we moved here was due to the location being so convenient and I am glad we did. Overall, we have had nothing short of a great experience!

Lived here for a few years. The complex is in a great location. Very close to Publix/Kroger and all the major businesses in the 96 area and less than 5 minutes away from the interstate...The facilities are very run-down and outdated. This place is anything but luxury. Appliances break easily. Rodents are a prevalent issue. Maintenance takes a very long time to respond to requests and you often have to follow up with the property manager multiple times. Loud neighbors that blasted music and yelled at each other at all hours of the day/night and engaged in drug use....The property manager is rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She always had someone new working in the front office and did not hesitate to berate and belittle them in front of everyone....Did not have a working bathroom for several months and she refused to temporarily reduce the rent....This place does not charge as much as some of the other nearby apartment complexes, but I highly recommend renting elsewhere. You do not get your security deposit back and they always charge you extra at the end of your lease. Look elsewhere!

We stayed here for 6 months. Very positive experience. The maintenance workers are helpful, friendly, and responsive. Our 3-bedroom apt was VERY roomy; visitors were surprised at our amount of space. Location was ideal; easy walk to many restaurants and shopping. The only downside is that many pet owners are irresponsible and don't clean up after their pets. If you don't have a dog, you may not notice it as much. But for us it was pretty disgusting. There is also a fair amount of garbage strewn around. If people picked up their own litter, that would take care of the problem. We very much appreciated our neighbors and found them far and away very friendly. If you wave and say hello, they'll wave back. The pool in summer is excellent! They keep it clean and it's otherwise well maintained. For the money, this is the best deal if you're in between houses or just need a place for a year or 2.

We have lived here for almost a year, and I love it. We have great neighbors that keep the noise down, and we have not had any pest problems at all, so not sure what the previous review is talking about. I think perhaps there is a monthly service, but that is preventative and actually makes sure there isn't a pest issue. Any time we have had a problem, maintenance has been polite, helpful, and quick to send someone to correct the issue. Also, the pool is wonderful during the summer time. The only thing is I wish they had more garages and that the car wash worked. Otherwise, the apartments are all in great shape and it's a nice community.

My family and I live here NOW and it has by been the worst apartment complex. I’ve had several run-ins with management at this apartment. They have really bad roaches and pest control is here almost every week. It also holds an overwhelming amount of dust. If your asthmatic this is not a place to live. My fridge was infested with roaches. They replace the fridge and it recently went out —my food started going bad so I called to the office and Tamara told me that they are not obligated to replace my groceries.

I've lived here for about 3 years. No complaints at all. Yes they do have an exterminator come either once a month or every couple months. But I would expect that to happen just as a precaution. Not because its dirty,plus its surrounded by woods. The pool is really nice, they have monthly get togethers for the Tennants as well as things for kids. All together a nice place to live. The few maintenance problems ive had have been handled. No problems.

My wife, our two dogs, and I lived in these apartments for a year back in 2014-2015. When we signed our contract we were told by one of the representatives that since this area was full of active military, due to the Air Force base, that our deposit would be kept to cover any cost that may occur when we moved out. They assured us that the deposit money would go towards cleaning the apartment and making sure everything was ready for the next tenant. This was, we were told, to help military families who needed to move quickly due to new orders or deployments. After we moved out, about six months later (beginning of 2016), I received a call from Lenox Pointe management requesting we pay $150 more, on top of our deposit, in order to cover cleaning cost. The manager was more than rude, even mocking at times, and claimed that what we were told was not a part of their policy and that we owed them money for new carpets, cleaning supplies and other various "damages" that were left behind (screw holes left from pictures). At one point during this conversation the manager proceeded to be so petty in speaking with me that she claimed "if your dogs were the cause of the mess, then why don't we get them to pay the remaining cost". I was then told that they were going to take my remaining balance to collections and that they would seek restitution for the "damage" left in the apartment. It is now 2018 and within the last 2 months a charge showed up in my credit stating that Lenox Pointe had sent our bill of $150 to collections in order to recoup the money they think they deserve. This being 2 plus years since our previous conversation. This is a poorly managed, money seeking, untruthful place of business and I would HIGHLY recommend looking into another apartment complex. The apartments are not luxury, as you see in some of the other reviews. They have a major pest problem, their amenities are sub par at best, and whats worse they have a group of unprofessional, lying, and deceitful group of management that tries to sap as much money from their tenants as possible. If any one reads this, please reconsider giving your time, money, and signature to a business that takes such poor care of the people who keep them in business. They do not deserve your business and they will take advantage of you, just as they have done to me.

This place is by far the worst place I’ve lived! They look “luxury” but they are not and overpriced for what u get! They have roaches so the pest control is always coming to spray the apartments! Management is rude especially Tamara! The Maintenance man takes forever is fix anything after a chit is put in at the office! They take their time about doing anything! The rental agreement is ridiculous and it will cost your more to get out of the lease than anything! They require you to pay a total 4 months rent to break your lease early, which is over $4k if you are renting a 3br! Don’t waste your time at this place!

We live here with our two sons. The staff and maintenance crew are excellent. They will go out of their way to assist you in any way you can. The exterminator comes every month and the water is a flat rate of $30 per month no matter how much you use. That is a major plus. The pool is very well maintained and the garages are very spacious. Remember it's an apartment so you will hear your neighbors above you. I highly recommend Lennox point to anyone moving to this area. It directly across the street from the rigbys entertainment complex which is also nice.

My wife and I and our son could not be more pleased with Lenox Pointe Luxury Apartments in Warner Robins, GA. We selected the 2 bedroom, 2 bath with the fully finished air conditioned Sun Room and couldn't be more pleased! We also chose a second story floor plan which affords soaring ceilings and ceiling fans everywhere! So, spacious and roomy with Berber carpet throughout the main living areas and ceramic tile in all bathing areas. And the bathrooms are enormous--in fact, the master shower with pebbled glass walk-in is larger than the one in our previous 5-bedroom home--not kidding! Plus, the master bath also has a deep oval garden tub with a large pebbled block glass window above for privacy but plenty of natural light. Plus, long double his & hers double vanity sink. That's Luxury given we spend so much time in the master bath beginning and ending our days in this living space! Plus a huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom too. The second full bath room is also large and has a large linen closet with plenty of shelf space and full swing open door all inside the second bathroom with plenty of room for the full shower/tub and separate vanity sink and mirror and exterior window. From the great room with those soaring ceilings that open up to the air conditioned sun room, the visual landscape from from dining room to the Kitchen High Top bar with room for bar stools leading you through the great room over to the Sun Room---its just spacious and full of light and architecture that is modern and open that creates real space and comfort for pleasurable executive relocation living or family living. And a nice front porch area complete with an exterior entrance storage space. And speaking of the pool and workout area--it reminds me more of a country club atmosphere with the cloverleaf shaped pool with multiple cool water spaces that branch off into their own nooks and private cove-style areas complete with the sound of three waterfalls cascading down from an elevated sun platform all of which is surrounded by stone finishing with plenty of comfortable lounge chairs and tables and umbrellas to relax and let go. The work out area that is kept at a nice a chilly 72 degrees almost feels like a mini-workout club not what you'd expect any apartment living. The equipment is all name brand and substantial with multiple workout zones and machines to meet the novice or professional body workout pro! Impressive! We love Lenox Pointe Luxury Apartments!
