I like the place overall I never had big issues that came up during my three years of living there. The renovations are good and an upgrade I really like that we have study rooms which come really in handy during finals. I really like the pool and gym. The maintenance is a little slow at times but other than that no complaints. I would for sure recommend the place to other people that are looking for places to stay and the apartment is relatively cheap in comparison to other places out there in lawrence. The coffee is pretty good too and their team and I like that they can host clubs if needed which is really helpful as I’m apart of a organization and we like to host small events for our members.

good place but they spike rent wayyyy too high between years. also used to be legends but someone bought the building and added a fitness room to leasing office (changed nothing about specific units) and now rent is just about $200 more

I’ve lived here for a year and I have had no problems. Management is amazing and kind, maintenance is quick, and the newly renovated clubhouse is awesome. The price is a great for what you get!

If you’re thinking of places to live at in Lawrence give this place a look at. It’s very homey and the staff members are amazing people. The clubhouse and pool are fun places to hangout when you need to get out of your apartment !! The activities they plan for the residents are always fun to attend and the prizes are always good. The rent here as well is affordable and the apartments are fully furnished!! The neighborhood is a safe place to walk around so i recommend living here in the future.

I have lived at the Quarters for a year now, and I love it! The new clubhouse is amazing, and the pool is one of my favorite things about this property. Also, maintenance requests are easy to send and our requests are typically fixed within the week! I love Quarters!

I have lived here the last two years and can safely say this was my best living experience in Lawrence in student living. The management is so considerate and hosts events all the time where you can win prizes. The maintenance team is on top of it responding to service requests in a very timely manner. There are many amenities like the pool, study rooms, a nice 24/7 gym, covered or garage parking and more. The campus is close and the campus bus comes if you don’t want to drive or don’t have a car. I loved living here and highly recommend to anyone looking for student housing!

The newly renovated clubhouse was worth the wait!! I’ve used the coffee machine and study rooms countless times especially during exams week and taking advantage of the 24/7 access!! Also maintenance fills in order request within 24 hours and they always do a great job!!

Students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live in Lawrence should strongly consider The Quarters. The apartments have spacious rooms, a major perk compared to many student housing options, with the added benefit of private bathrooms. Residents can also enjoy amenities like a gym and pool, which is awesome. It is also close to a bus stop! The staff is super friendly and they respond really quick. Great place!

I have been living at The Quarters Lawrence for the past school year and it has been a wonderful experience! The new clubhouse is a nice place to study, swim, and workout and the staff is always so friendly. I enjoy the 24/7 access, especially for the coffee machine in finals week. I have had minimal issues with the unit and haven't run into many issues regarding maintenance. There is always so much parking near my unit and it has been overall an easy and safe place for student living. Would highly recommend living here!

I have lived here for almost a year now! When I first moved in all the great renovations were happening and didn’t get to experience the amenities. When the final reveal came around it was so amazing to see all the new equipment! The quarters is a very friendly community and care about their residents!

I have lived at the Quarters for 4 years now and have lived every second of it!! The staff is amazing and the maintenance is always on top of everything! They have a brand new gym that I love and the pool in the summer is the best!! I also have my own bathroom which is a huge plus!

You are getting what you pay for, low quality. Potholes all over the property and has popped my tire and they refuse to fix them. Always issues going on in the apartments, and to top it off their maintenance is suspicious. THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ANY CHANCE THEY GET
Renters beware big time. When move out comes, you will get charged for everything they find wrong in the apartment (especially stuff that isn’t your fault). This place is untrustworthy and make a mockery of truth in leasing practices. Do not lease here. Unless you want to arbitrarily lose money.

I thought it was a great stay. It all seemed pretty nice and fancy. But as the year went on they seemed to care less and less about me, and more and more about charging ridiculous fines. They charged 50 dollars to “clean lights” and decided to charge us 1000 to replace all of the carpet. (The carpet was fine ): they just hate us) We spent several days scrubbing and cleaning, and this is how they get us back. Do not stay here

Holden, Thanks for leaving us a review. When you see "light cleaning" on your final account statement, this is a charge for having a vendor do a cleaning in your bed space. We assess cleaning charges based on the level of cleaning needed, and these charges are classified as a light, medium or heavy cleaning. Therefore, you were not charged $50.00 for cleaning a light fixture, but for a light level of cleaning needed in the bed space. We do take photos of all the cleaning needed and the damages in the apartment. If you would like to dispute any charges, or see proof of why these charges were assessed, please reach out. The staff is rude and won't work with you at all! The bedroom I moved into had a hole in the shower wall and 3 cracks in the bottom of the tub that took 2 months and a call to corporate to get fixed. I would highly recommend not living here!!
my apartment is awesome , its a great place to live at. any maintenance request is answered with in 24 hours and fixed with in 3 days or less. i love staying here i been here for 3 years and will finish my college living here.
Nice place with friendly staff. Own bathroom and closet is really nice. Internet is terrible.
