Leasing office is the worst , I scheduled appointment for 5pm for me to drive 1 1/2 in traffic and for me to arrive and then tell me they don’t take appointments , they could’ve done their job and could’ve told me they can’t take me when initially made the appointment

The people in the office are very unorganized and unprofessional. My brother and I have both had our cars broken into an had tools stolen. When we mentioned this to the office they didn't care and basically told us it wasn't there problem. Bums usually in and out of the complex, broken gates always open (its supposed to be a gated complex).
Place is gross... bugs everywhere. Homeless people in and out digging through the trash. Non residents living in their cars in the parking lot

This place is dangerous, I’ve witnessed people keying other peoples cars fights over parking. There’s dog waste in the kids play grounds, I’ve had my car broken into several times once because I carelessly left the car unlocked my second time they broke one window to clean out my car, and my car wasn’t the only one vandalized and robbed that particular noght. The cameras on the property are just there for decoration most don’t work per leasing staff. The mail boxes are broken I find the doors open half the time, leasing office states the mail boxes are not their problem I filed a complaint with postal services in Moreno Valley 9 months and mail box doors that swing open still doesn’t lock and exposes like 40 peoples mail to anyone to steal. I’ve had my mail redilivered back to me by Moreno sheriffs office because it was confiscated by police god knows from where probably some identity theft ring. I can keep going but I think I’ve made my point clear. I’ve wanted to opt out of my lease but it would cost me 2400 dollars so I’ll have to hold up until my lease is over.

I’ve been living here for about a week now and it’s a fairly quiet area besides the occasional dog barking. When looking for a place, please request an upstairs unit. We made the mistake and now have to deal with hearing our neighbors upstairs every move. I mean from walking, dragging their chairs, children running in the house. The walls between the apartments are super thin. Well since we signed a lease it’s pretty much a suck it up until your lease is over type of deal. Good apartment but definitely not worth the cost for loud neighbors. Pool and spa are nice and most of the time kept clean. Gym has a few machines but most of the equipment is broken or missing the necessary equipment.

Let me start by simply saying that I will be here for one year next month and can't wait to move out. The location is near schools, parks, freeways and shopping. The area is quiet and well maintained. The apartments are spacious and include W/D, Fridge, dishwasher, microwave with parking always being available. When we first looked at Legends at Rancho Belago these were the amenities that sold us in renting here since we had a toddler who loves to play at the park, pool and who is now attending school. These amenities made our residence feel sweet. At first, I even referred two of my cousins to live here and are my current neighbors, which is nice to have family near by. But then, yup here goes my frustration, some small issues became frustrating to deal with as time went on. I began to stress to the leasing office that our next door neighbor would leave his trash all over the front entrance by both our doors for weeks at a time, even months now but apparently it is not their concern to clean the area. So maintenance is able to clean the property, but leave me to the trash, roaches, flies and other bugs by my door. Now I have scheduled the pest control to spray regularly, but again that is me trying to help the situation. CONTINUE......

But ultimately all that matters to us is our residents’ satisfaction, and it seem like that goal hasn’t quite been met. Maintaining a clean, and respectable living environment is one of our top priorities here, and if a neighbor is doing something to take away from that, we hope you stop by our office and give us all the details. We would love to get that problem fixed, and hopefully be able to change your mind on your moving plans. Apts are probably the largest in MoVal but they are too expensive. Supposed to be a gated community but gates are ALWAYS broken and wide open! Maintenance super is very nice. Be careful when moving out that they don't try to scam you by trying to keep part of your deposit for various reasons. Call Fair Housing Authority for answers. Deposits are due to you in 21 days, not 30 like they tell you. Playground is a poor excuse for a playground.
