I was very shocked when I saw the late fees on my account. After speaking with the staff I was very happy that they were going to credit back the late fees. As for what I said in my review, it was written out of anger and I do apologize to Danny and the community manager. Both Danny and the manager have always been amazing, helpful, friendly and nice.
