I have just renewed my lease to live at the Legends at Chatham for another year. I have enjoyed my time here and think that it is a wonderful community. The ladies in the leasing office are very sweet and always willing to help! There is a gate system, so it feels safe. We did have the issue of multiple cars getting broken into, but the complex has a gate system so there’s not much more they can do besides maybe adding some cameras outside of the buildings. We also had the issue of the gate card scanner being broken, which left us unable to use the pool amenities for an entire month of summer, which was very frustrating. Overall, the grounds are kept nice and we have had very minimal maintenance issues. I would recommend the Legends at Chatham for looking to live in the Chatham Parkway area

I love living at Legends . The office staff is very friendly. The maintenance team is helpful and the grounds always are neat. the noise level is always at a minimum. The apartment exterior is always kept looking clean and fresh. Living at Legends is a joy to come home too every day.

The most friendly office staff who are always willing to talk to you about anything. Maintenance staff is top notch. They come prepared and ready to fix anything that needs to be addressed. Very few problems arise because they are always updating the appliances and buildings. The pool is kept clean.

Love it here! very nice place to live and very secure! The only “problem” is the walls are very thin if you live on the first floor like I do, you can hear the footsteps of the people above.

The staff has done everything possible to make the residents happy. The entire staff makes you feel welcome. The manger stops and takes time to talk to the residents to make sure they are happy. I have never lived at an apartment complex that the staff are so friendly and supportive. I love this place!

Nice area, spacious apartment, nice amenities. However, we only have access to our amenities during office hours for the staff because the call box is not working. I understand the accident of the call box is out of everyone’s hands but we need to figure out a way to adjust this. I want to be able to use the pool or gym when i get off work. This schedule prohibits that.
