Located along I-44 about 90 miles southwest of Oklahoma City, Lawton is best known for containing the Fort Sill Army Base. Lawton is also home to Cameron University and the Great Plains Technology Center. While Lawton exudes a small-town vibe, there are plenty of things to do in town.

Terrible management, fees left and right, they WILL enter your apartment without 24 hours notice. Way too expensive for what it is.
Great safe environment, lots of parking! Friendly staff that will answer all questions or concerns you may have about your apartment. Beautiful outdoor walking path, and gorgeous pools!
Living here has been a great experience, the neighborhood is safe and I feel safe for once. Not only is the gated community great but the pools and clubhouse are awesome.
Legend Park offers a wide range of facilities including two gyms, two pools, a hot tub, and grills. Additionally, it is conveniently located near at least four convenience stores, one grocery store, and a few fast food restaurants. As Lawton is a smaller town, everything is within close proximity. The Manager, Jessica, is readily available for any queries, and Michaela at the front desk is always friendly and welcoming.

Gates are not working .Maintenance takes too long to fix issues. Luck of communication. Never fix sprinkles from last year which have a lot of water next to building

Living here is alright. The apartments are nice, but seem a bit dated. Maintenance requests are a little slow due to personnel issues, and the staff doesn't communicate this unless you seek answers. I'd live here again if I had the choice though. Overall the amenities are nice, nice gym and pool.

Great staff! Only thing is that it appears that Maintenace is understaffed. I hate bent blinds and it is an issue for me as it looks tacky. Otherwise, I truly enjoy my experience as a resident.

I feel like Legend pro is relatively in a safe part of town . The neighborhood is nice and quiet. I feel comfortable leaving my car unattended, meaning I don’t think there would be a high chance of someone stealing my car due to the area being fenced in.

Area is in a nice location. Very well kept apartments. Depending on where you apt is, parking can get a bit of a distance. It does get hot so visiting the pool is a must. Overall 10/10.

Living in this complex since 2021. No issues so far. It’s clean and close to highway 44. Gated apartment complex. Only downside is the gym room is way too small.

Limited parking. Not newly renovated. Management needs some work. All in all, my experience at Legends has not been the best and it is completely driven by lack of management presence and increasing prices every year.

Every one was awesome and upbeat the club house was beautiful and well put together (kudos to the design team). Jessica showed us around the club house and offered us coffee or hot chocolate. The grounds are spacious and well kept I think that if we choose the apartment road for our mom this will be the best place for her.

The view of the mountains is enough to make anyone want to call this community home. Two pools and hot tub and you feel like you are living in a resort. The maintenance team is always around to fix any issue and the office staff is there to answer all your questions. you can tell the property is well loved and looked after by the staff. you can see their hard work and dedication every where.

The application process was simple & straightforward, and we were able to do it all from out of state. Michaela & Ashley were super helpful & went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The whole complex is beautiful & inviting and we were welcomed by other residents while moving in. Our apartment is clean & has 10ft ceilings. It is very family friendly but also seems really quiet, at least in our building. Our neighbors have young kids but we can't hear them through the walls. We haven't used any of the amenities yet but they are all well-kept. We look forward to making ourselves at home here.

The dog park is pathetic. Several maintenance requests were submitted and never fulfilled. You can rent a nice house for the same price or go find another apartment for half the price which is just as good.

While this apartment complex is by far the best in Lawton I have few complaints. You pay a fees for “services” that are obsolete. (ie the dog park that has a gate that won’t latch) BIRDS CLIMB THROUGH VENTS AND NEST IN WALLS!! The raise in prices are ridiculous for what is offered! However, the pool is very nice and it comes with a washer and dryer.

We have ordered several cages for the vents to prevent the birds from nesting. As you know, sometimes the products are on back order and will take a bit, but we are definately on it! We hope that you will be able to enjoy the pool area soon!
Lived here for a year so felt like I could leave a credible review. Spacious living space, prompt maintenance (shoutout to Daniel for always coming over to fix things), love the garage (especially during snow season). Pricey but as a homebody, it's worth it.

We have lived by the lake for over a year now and it is so beautiful. We walk around the lake in the evenings and watch the ducks, fish, turtles, and other small animals that live around the lake. It is a great place to live!

The place is overpriced. The ladies working at the front desk are unfriendly and mean. The walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors. Stay away.
Legend park apartments are located on the east side of Lawton, in a quiet area which doesn't have crazy traffic. Although they might be the priciest apartments in the city, I like it here because parking is always available, the office staff is always helpful, grounds are immaculate, the pools are never crowded, the walls are not thin so you cannot hear your neighbors next door. I have not had any maintenance issues and pest control comes around to do treatments every quarter. The only downside in my opinion is that they only have one cable and internet provider in the community so it's difficult to switch services if you run into any issues. Other than that, I love living here and would recommend it to a friend.
My boyfriend and I moved into Legend Park in 2012 after putting pencil to paper and realizing the amenities here are worth the cost. We have our own washer and dryer in our apartment, there is a walking trail, dog park, charcoal grills spread around the property, a gas grill by the Olympic sized pool, and a 24 hour gym. Any problems we have reported to the maintenance staff have been quickly resolved--including a burst pipe in the middle of winter. We couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Lawton!
