Property Ratings at Legato Lakes
I love it out here. I love the location, the inside of my place is gorgeous and spacious. The only small complaint I have is the parking but hey neighbors are friendly and we all make a way.
Parking is only problem, but it’s not that bad. Going to enjoy living here, very refreshing and comfortable. Neighbors seem friendly and quiet.
We loved the place, is so calm, no traffic and we can walk around , everything is so clean. My family is so happy, we groceries such as Costco, Publix
The place is amazing but moving in and getting the necessary support was difficult. Place was not fully clean. Spray paint dust all over counter and floor

I gave this rating because move-in was unorganized. The townhome we were moving into wasn’t even scheduled with the cleaning crew to prep for move-in. We also worked with one property representative, and a month later there was a new one. About a week AFTER move in, there was another new employee that replaced the second one. We have had several issues with our pool keys and Harmony Amenities rep had said no one from Legato has reached out to get the key issue rectified. There was no move-in inspection sheet for me to fill out and I inquired about this to the second property representative before she left the position, she read my message and never replied. She had also asked if I could bring our security deposit and pro-rated rent to their Savannah office after we couldn’t even move into the home because it was never prepped by a cleaning crew. Too many moving parts with this company and will more than likely not renew. Besides that, property is very peaceful and quiet.
We have loved calling Legato our new home! The community is quiet and inviting! Our family is happy with our decision to move to Legato Lake!
I am satisfied with the quiet and clean facilities. And it was nice to sleep well without being cold because the heating was good. It was nice that the warm water in the bathroom came out quickly. The electrical facilities were also not broken. There were some shortcomings, but I think the office will solve them well.
This is a very quiet neighborhood and I love that. Everything is very nice and I’m glad I pick Legato Lakes as my new home!! Also maintenance gets everything done in a timely manner.
