Overall good experience so far. Everyone has been very nice. The noise level is pretty reasonable. Hot water heater is excellent. Trash pick up service is a great perk. Amenities are very good so far. We haven't been there long so we still have more to explore. Everyone has been very helpful so far.

Mold infestation, going to put it on the news to warn others due to multiple chances of trying todo the right thing and just agree to mutually agree to release me of my lease instead I was told mold and mildew poses no threat and AC closet is full of it New AC was even installed on a rotten piece of wood. Get professionals that actually know the statuses and laws due to tenant rights.

Beautiful property, love the greenery and lushness of the bushes around the property. There a Swimming pool, Hym, a little Dog park play area for kids and most of a it’s a secured community.

I have lived in my apartment here for about four and a half years. Maintenance has always been prompt, professional and pleasant. Louis has the best energy and attitude and is so upbeat! I feel safe here. And I love the space I have in my one bedroom and the lofty ceiling with all the windows on the third floor is one of my favorite things. So much light! Parking is always available and the buildings are not on top of each other. Clarissa and Greg in the office are also awesome. Highly recommend.

Moved in 9MONTHS ago to water damage, leaking window and black mold. Paid for mold sample kit to identify mold after MONTHS of lung infections, mysterious fevers, gi upset, sinus infections and lethargy. All related to BLACK MOLD and CONFIRMED in the HVAC samples. Notified property management REPEATEDLY who has done NOTHING to eradicate the black mold or improve air quality. Have finally filed an insurance claim against this despicable company. If my reviews can help save another family with children, PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! Your health depends on it!

Lwgqcy on the Bay has no security and little parking space. The worstpart is that they do not return security deposits not matter how much advance notice you give or the condition of the apartmnt. The place is a headache. Look out for surprise charges in the montly fees.

Legacy bay is a comfortable retreat in the heart of Destin in a resort style setting. I have enjoyed the pool and tennis courts immensely. Great management and maintenance team as well. I look forward to living here for the next few years.

Management is still hard to get ahold of but they are friendly and helpful when you do. It's still one of the more affordable places to live in Destin.

We did not enjoy living there. Some residents had termite issues that were not taken care of. You cant get anyone on the office phone. Seems the amenities you have to pay for cant be used half the time but you still have to pay for them every month.

If you have business in Destin, Niceville or Walton county Legacy is a great location. Its just a short bike ride to the beach and close to many restaurants and shopping

Communication was an absolute abomination here at first. We see the community is progressively trying, and working to be better, and they have good maintenance staff. But if you have an issue or need to talk to someone prepare to wait and wait and wait until it get solved. UNLESS it has to do with maintenance who handles everything pretty solid.
