Don't move here
I have had so many issues living here. Noisy neighbors I have contacted the landlord and even called the police on multiple times with no resolution. I set the heat to 72 and it doesn't go above 65. My dishwasher has so much mold buildup the dishes never really get clean. There is no leasing office on site and getting maintenance to come out is almost impossible they're so busy with multiple properties. I've had a leak in my ceiling as well. The property is not kept up and noisy since it is on a busy street, next to a collision shop with emergency vehicles constantly going by.
