I've had plumbing issues since the day I arrived two months ago. Management insists I'm the problem. Maintenance has been out three times to auger an obstruction in the toilet, then told me they're going to start charging me if maintenance has to come out again. So I bought an auger and have had to clear my toilet twice myself. Given these problems, isn't it logical that I'm exceedingly careful not to overstuff my toilet, as though a grown man who has owned and rented many other residences without a single incident is all of a sudden flushing masses of TP?

We recently went to tour Legacy Naples and LOVED it! The clubhouse is stunning and the amenities they offer are amazing! They have a rock climbing wall, lounge areas, coworking space and the pool in unbelievable. The staff is super friendly and have been helpful to answer all of our questions so far, we cannot wait to move here!
