Important Information Application Details: Application Fee (18+): $150.00 per adult (non-refundable) Holding Fee: $500.00 (applied to security deposit if approved; returned if denied; non-refundable if canceled 24 hours post-approval). Due at Move-In: Administration Fee: $250.00 (non-refundable) Security Deposit: 1 month rent (based on screening results) Last Month Rent: Required upon conditional approval* Rent: Pro-rated according to move-in date.
