Legacy Heights Apartments

Everyday living here is like a dream. The office staff are incredible, maintenance team is amazing and responsive, and overall just feels like a great community to live in.

Overall the apartment is fairly quiet. I really enjoy the activities the office provides occasionally. I really like the popsicle food truck. Maybe having other food truck options would be nice.

I love it here vs my old apartment! The move was quick and easy. My dog is welcomed into the community and I feel welcomed also ! Great place

Legacy Heights Apartments been here six years and a half with living here with my husband very quiet neighborhood great location host the laundromat grocery stores and fast foods maintenance and staff are very nice here if you need anything other for you, thanks Legacy

It’s been amazing so far I love the neighborhood, have some things that need to get fixed in the apartment that take a while but other than that I love living here

I've lived at legacy heights apartments for 10 years now. I love the fact that there is two major grocery stores within walking distance. Haven't had the best of luck with maintenance repairs

Nice staff, clean, friendly neighbors ?? efficient on maintenance, love the pool area, not to mention the new mail boxes awesome, I like the no key locks system

Love living here everything is within walking distance or a 10 minute drive. Love the amenities that are available for use and can not wait for summer to use the pool

Overall a nice place to live. Neighbors are noisy but the complex is overall pretty good and helpful when work is needed. Office is nice and friendly.

Legacy Heights Apartments located on federal Heights on 104th great location close to all fast food grocery stores and bus line these apartments have washers and dryers me and my husband been happy here with the maintenance and the staff. They are very reliable on everything that you need.thanks you for everything

There was cleaning wipes in the gym one time and never saw it again. There’s unfortunately no way to clean the gym equipment after use. Also I couldn’t reach the wipes when it was above the paper towels; too short so still couldn’t get it to use. Just a suggestion.

Love it here if I had a problem with anything I would get the help I needed. Its peaceful and quiet,there are a lot of activities they plan and they are fun.

I love it, is always clean and quiet. I love the location and is pet friendly so my dog is a happy doggie. Neighborhood is friendly and quiet is a cozier place to live.

My family and I love it here! We’ve had a few bumps while staying but other than normal apartment frustrations, I have no complaints! I love all the office staff and will be resigning my lease for the 3rd time when it’s due. They really know how to take care of anyone renting!

These apartments are in a good location. But they are getting almost too much to afford these days in this economy and this crazy inflation.

We’ve been living at Legacy Heights for 2 years and absolutely love it. They truly care about their resident’s well being and experience living here. Sandra has been our number one since applying for this apartment. Huge shout out to Rich, the maintenance man. He takes pride in his work and took his time to get to know us. It's just another place for us to live. We all have to live somewhereand this is where we chose to make it our home and it's close to grocery stores.

I love being close to the grocery stores and the fast food and the bus fine great location and these apartments have washer and dryers. No need to go to the laundromat. The staff and the maintenance are very great here when you need something they’re there for you And the maintenance. The apartment has been very nice to live in. Fairly well maintained. Maintenance requests are done quickly and correctly. Neighbors are a bit noisy but overall its been good.

Service crew is extremely quick and helpful . They make it extremely easy to get stuff done while you’re out and about helping minimize stress.

Decent place for the area. I've lived here a while and I generally like living here. Office and maintenance staff are friendly. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The management should take care of out of state vehicles like the ones that are not registered in the state of Colorado and the ones that are disabled or that do not license plates. If possible have cameras by dumpsters make residents pay for putting unused items in and around dumpsters. As I truly believe the "good" residents end up paying for the trash service for those types of items to be removed. The residents should donate those items!!!

Since I’ve been here, it’s been good so far and I like staying here. but so far everyone’s been friendly and I like it here and I think I like to continue to stay here

Hi, I live here and I love to go to the pool In the summer, especially the big one. It’s a good community here very quiet and very nice around the environment. There’s local grocery stores plus nice gym.

Amazing apartment complex to call home. The gym and pool add a special touch and I am happy I chose to live at legacy heights. No issues with staff - all has been good

So far the people here have been very nice and helpful and the area is nice and quiet. The apartment has been wonderful so far as well, the dishwasher works great and that’s the most important part so far.
