Nice quiet apartment complex, staff is really nice and Matenince come quick. So far so good in my book could use a few updates but I only been here 5 months

The ladies in the office are always very perfessional and treats you with so much care and respect. I love it here.
I love when a company hire employees to make guests feel at home with Taylor the manager and Patricia the foreman who worked accurately and quickly to make the legacy at West Cobb our new home. Taylor was very kind and pleasant and helping us in every way. Together with Patricia who was working on the apartment to get it ready for us has done a excellent job I have not had the pleasure to speak with the other employees there but with these two I can say there are excellent employees and I'm sure the others are as well. Thanks for all that you have done God bless.

The new management team here has been great! Yes, there is a lot of things that needs to be fixed out here, but they have not hesitated on fixing anything. They came in ready for the challenges and has not stopped at making this community better.
this has been the worst place I’ve ever lived people steal your packages, the office is no help, and it’s infested with roaches, this place is horrible at soon as my lease is up I’m outta here!!!!

I was hesitant to move here after reading bad reviews, but I'm glad I took the chance, and trusted my gut feeling. The apartments are older, which I'm used to being from Chicago. All of the problems that come with living in an older building are the same here as they are there (roaches, leaks, appliance failure, etc.) but Management is wonderful here, as is the maintenance staff. Every issue I've had since moving in has been addressed in a timely manner. My neighbors are awesome, and I love the nature trail in this park like setting complete with a babbling brook. I couldn't be happier than I am living in this community.
Ask for Julius to get great customer service. Nice apartments to live in and very inexpensive, they work with you and will get you into the best apartment ever depending on your standards. I will recommend these apartments to anyone.
