Of the two staff I've spent any meaningful time with (Gina in Leasing, and Josh in Maintenance), both are friendly and pleasant. I get the impression the other staff are too. I really like the grounds and the layout of the buildings. The only negative matter is noise from the unit above me. This seems to be due to the nature of the flooring and how sound travels. I don't hear anything from the tenants on either side of my unit. It's just above - walking, running, opening and closing cabinet doors - and it's all the time when they are home and active. They are not bad tenants, it's just the nature of the building. So when it comes to providing a reference to anyone that would ask, I would say it's a great place with great staff, but if you have a unit above you, you will most likely hear every step and cabinet door closing

The mature trees and open green spaces not only shield the building's but also give the community a parklike feeling. The wildlife is vibrant with songbirds chirping daily, quail visits and often a rabbit or two during the early spring season. A very relaxed environment.

I am disappointed living here. The pool & hot too are not heated properly. I am paying for those amenities. The maintenance people scraped my kitchen floor bringing in a refrigerator & were trying to convince me that the the 2 ceiling fan lights were ok when they are clearly not working properly etc….

I love legacy apartments, I love the 24 hour amenities and I feel comfortable there. Maintenance team seems very nice and they are quick to get the job done!

We moved out on May 9th 2024 and have not received our security deposit refund. Sent us a check with wrong tenant name!, (who wasn't even a tenant) and now have made excuse after excuse to avoid paying. The unit itself was old and dated and need of remodel. Way overpriced because you're near an expensive university. Their management team turnover is once a year, and completely incompetent. They turn the water off all the time. Too many other better places. Avoid!

Move elsewhere—you'll waste money. They claim enhancements. Cheap improvements. For the price, these 20-year-old flats show it. Fair-market value is closer to fair-market crooks. Why you shouldn't live here: Water leak in October 2022 caused a four-hour shutdown. Four hours became eight, eight became a day, and no email arrived until after 9pm. We went 10 days without water. 10 days without water, no compensation. We used a 5-gallon bucket from a neighbor to flush our toilets. To use their restrooms, 20-70-year-old neighbors had to drag buckets home. Nobody helped. For 10 days, we couldn't shower, wash, brush, cook, or do dishes. They sent a thank-you note for our patience but did nothing for us. So thoughtful!

LOOK ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU CONSIDER MOVING HERE! Horribly managed. They will ignore you and your maintenance requests. Owners clearly care more about turnover than the people who live here. They spend more on landscaping than repairs and maintenance. I've been without a dryer for months and they just keep dodging my calls and emails. The have raised my rent by over 13% this year and only told me 53 days before my lease is up which, according to my lease, means I have to renew or pay an additional fee. Either the staff just doesn't care or they're overworked and underpaid. The remodel on this place was just nice enough for them to charge more for rent but appliances and electrical are shoddy, worn out, or broken. Find a better place to live.

They are the biggest joke. We tried contacting them multiple times to leave this apartment when our lease was about to be up. The first time we tried was 3 months before we were supposed to leave. And multiple other times. No one ever got back to us. Now we are a month out of the apartment and left the apartment how we got it. Everything was clean. We continued to try to reach them all month asking about our deposit and when we will be getting it back. After 4 calls alone today I finally got an answer from Sonya who is so rude everytime I have actually gotten an answer from her. She tells me they are keeping my deposit because they didn’t have a Notice we were leaving? They give us no way to to contact them and then try to take our money? THEN tell us we still owe them more money? And when I asked what was going on And was upset Sonya told me she was done with the call and have my attorney talk to her. The apartments are very crappy too. Maintenance takes days and multiple calls to get some one there. Fireplace never worked. Air conditioning went out about 6 times. Toilet and ceiling leaked. Part of my wooden kitchen floor had a sinking part in it… And NO WHERE AT ALL TO PARK. We had to park across the street everyday. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE
