This apartment complex seems to be going downhill. I used to love it but it just doesn’t seem to be organized or professional anymore. The pool has been closed for most of the summer, multiple times the office has forgotten to call me back or even communicate with other office employees about what I was calling for and they seem to never remember anything. They failed to let us know that the car wash has been open even though there are cones. I spent all year wondering why it wasn’t open. Sent an email saying “as a reminder” about the car wash when they never sent anything before that letting us know, we are just magically supposed to know it has been open. Paying for amenities that we don’t even have. Just not as nice as it used to be.

I love it. It's a great location and the management are nice and so is the propetty and all the amenities! I've loved here for over three years and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I like living in the community, it is clean, quiet and I feel safe. It is a great deal for the space- the appliances are standard and so are the amenities. The community can be responsive to needs but sometimes you have to call more than once or stop by.

I just moved in and so far it’s been nice, my only issue is maintenance. I’ve put several request in for the same issues and they still have not been fulfilled.

This is a nice place to live. The staff is friendly. I enjoy the community events and especially the weekly food trucks. When I decided to rent here, I was told I would have a remodeled unit. Unfortunately, that wasn't true and didn't find out until the day I picked up my apartment keys, the day before my move in date. The office lady said she was surprised to find out they didn't do any of the upgrades that were scheduled. I Verbalized my complaints but accepted the unit. The apartment wasn't cleaned. The maintenance crew does a good job keeping the grounds clean. The apartment has an old funky smell that's thick in the air, especially on humid days. We can smell every pet that has ever lived here. We don't own any pets so hate the smell! Fortunately all my appliances are working but are worn and have smells (dish washer), and the refrigerator is small with broken veggie draw and door slots further limiting it's capacity for storage. The this water heater keeps flooding our hallway.

Just moved here from Northern Virginia. We absolutely chose the right place to live here at Legacy at Meridian! It’s quiet, peaceful, and the buildings/landscaping make it an oasis after a long day. While Tyrese made the move-in simple and smooth, Shelby and Nyikisha have been so helpful with any issues we’ve had since. One morning after my car wouldn’t start, I called the office and the maintenance manager showed up and jumped my car! The staff and peacefulness make it wonderful to live here.

The front office staff & maintenance are always polite and very responsive with work orders. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced this, especially during peak season. Also, it’s pretty quiet here and well maintained. The pools is kept clean and and everyone is always nice. I love it here!

Amazing place to live! The property is clean and the staff is super nice.When I’ve had a maintenance request, they were resolved timely and professionally.
I have lived here for several years. Even through the pandemic they did everything to keep everyone happy including raffled. Love the staff and all the work done to the property. I have lived here three years now. The property was just painted and work done on landscaping and parking lots. Tyrese and Erica in the leasing office are amazing, friendly and professional! The maintenance crew is friendly and quick to respond to requests. Close to everything and a nice neighborhood! Highly recommend!!

My best friend convinced me to move here almost a year ago and it’s been a great experience. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Tyrese and Erica often make time to sit down and connect with those who walk through the office doors. My friends and I continuously walk out with a smile whenever we interact with them. Jay and Corey are prompt to complete any maintenance requests that I have sent in. I enjoy the frequent food trucks and community engagement activities they bring to us.

The rooms are very nice and the kitchen has a good amount of countertop space. Tyrese at the front office is amazing. Super positive and bubbly, has been a great help with getting everything set up and has gone above and beyond in helping us get settled in.

The leasing agents have been ridiculously kind and accommodating. The repair team is friendly, funny, and helpful. A great staff :). Especially Tyrese hahaha.

The central location of this apartment complex is great and it is close to everything ... literally! The apartment complex does have fun events and pool parties during the summer however I have not had so great experiences with the property manager Tina. She’s very overbearing, rude, snobby and does not know how to professionally talk to people or be transparent or understanding. Since I have been living here a little over a year, there have been at least five people leave from the staffing team. Tim who use to work here was great and honestly was the only reason I signed here. He was bubbly, fun and genuinely cared and made me feel welcomed in this community. I do not get those same feelings now. I will definitely be looking to move out when my lease is up.
Wish I could give no star. When I first moved in I thought it was a good place. Then I started to realize everything inside was made of really cheap materials and easy to be broken. Some of the office staff were too aggressive when talking to you. The maintenance team was very nice though. The all-carpet apartment is not pet-friendly. Eager to move out.
Although this is a nice friendly apartment community, it's definitely lacking in a few amenities. There is not a microwave in the unit which really isn't that big of an issue. They have promised certain things but have not followed through. One being a new gas grill and also a firepit. The surrounding areas around the outside of the apartments are not kept clean. The clubhouse was recently remodeled which I must say looks awesome. My main complaint is they should have taken some of those funds and upgraded the inside of the apartments. The kitchen and bathroom cabinets are subpar. The hinges keep breaking. The appliances are also subpar. I could go on and on but that is enough for now.

This is a really amazing place, very close to Southpoint Mall. The staff is extremely nice and you have food truck Wednesday every week!!!
