Legacy at Fire Tower

Haven’t had a great experience at all since we moved here about a year and a half ago. They misplaced our security deposit check before we even moved in, had to go and look through checks with the front office staff myself to find it. HVAC has had problems, three separate maintenance requests have been put in, techs claim refrigerant is leaking but have yet to properly diagnose, so every three months we lose A/C or heat. Spotty paint in the guest bedroom to cover up damage, rust on appliances and bathroom lighting, hard water that leaves pink stains in shower and sinks, thin walls so you can hear everything your neighbors are doing or people talking in the breezeways…this place is not luxury. This place is average at best, and marketed as luxury apartments. Needless to say we won’t be renewing our lease next time around. Don’t be fooled by cheap thrills and mediocre service, I would never recommend this place to anyone

I made the decision to move to NC during the pandemic, and after some extensive research, chose Legacy as my new home - sight unseen. It was a huge leap of faith and I was NOT disappointed. My apartment was amazing, the staff was the absolute best. Maintenance showed up immediately when there were any issues. I have no complaints, whatsoever. Leaving this place was the hardest part about leaving Greenville. So glad to have called Legacy home for 3 years, and anyone would be lucky to do the same! Shout out to Sierra, Crystal and Ralynn...yall are the best around!!!

Amazing staff, grounds and amenities. Love living here! I have been here a little over 6 months and have no complaints. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. It is very quiet and peaceful. I recommend anyone who is looking for a new luxurious apartment

The only luxury you will find is the front sign and monthly rent. The landscape consists of loud frogs, weeds, mushrooms, flooding water, and dog poop. Low-quality interior: you can hear the guy peeing on the second floor. The cats sound like a herd of cows. Trash bins overflow daily. Moving trucks is a weekly event. Pool & grills not maintained. The bathroom overfill drain is caked with mold resulting in UTI. Units on the first floor tend to flood into apt. Some buildings are not well-vented, resulting in black mold. Management is run by young adults, with no common sense and should not be trusted. The pool had multiple worms. Fire extinguishers are not checked. You pay the rent to use the amenities; however, the general public uses the property They don't patrol outsiders. The entire city of Greenville routinely visits the pool smoking pot and drinking alcohol. Move on you can find better. The one nice thing is they did offer pizza by the pool, hamburger grill night, or ice cream social, etc. Maintenance was responsive. However, the rest of the stay was just horrible!

Beautiful property! Nicest pool I’ve seen in Greenville. The customer service that the staff provides is outstanding.

I love this place! So kind, friendly and helpful. Literally everyone including maintenance. The grounds are immaculate. I had some minor issues with my unit and response time as well as customer service was on point. They were transparent and provided lots of insight. If you put in a work order, they literally come same day. Unless it’s after hours of course. I moved here from out of state and I am so glad I stumbled upon this place online. It is the best option to choose. The units are very spacious and the neighbors are kind. I can go on and on. If you’re thinking about living here, don’t second guess it. Just do it! Thank you Ren, McKenzie, Marsha, Corey and team for all you do!!

We’ve been in unit 153 for almost a year and I absolutely love it here! The office staff and maintenance men are amazing! They always respond fast and are always super helpful! When friends/family visit they are amazed! My mom always jokes and tells everyone I live at a resort! There is always fun activities going on and on chill days I love the pool and fire pits!

Living at the legacy is truly amazing clean and peaceful, all staff are professional yet friendly and kind, the apartments are top notch and as advertised, the community social events are on point and ideal and always very interesting

Legacy always goes above and beyond!! From the food truck Tuesdays to the free snacks and sodas!! It is always a clean space and they are always attentive!

Our patio faces the pool and it feels like we’re on vacation. The amenities are amazing and the apartment is definitely upscale and luxury.

I have to say... I am EXTREMELY impressed by all that The Legacy has to offer. My boyfriend and I recently moved in and have not had one complaint! The staff... AMAZING, answering any and every question I had without hesitation, they really know how to handle and will make sure any situation is handled immediately! As well as the maintenance team gets all your needs done ASAP! And of course all of the amenities The Legacy has to offer are immaculate! From the gym to the pool, indoor pet washing station, dog park, multiple fire pits, grills, hangout areas, mailbox room with the Amazon hub (a super plus), and so much more! They are so active with everyone living at The Legacy! The Food Trucks on Tuesdays are one of my favorites! And not to forget all of the activities they offer on a weekly basis! I recently just got my (Mardi Gras Mask making kit) from the front office full of supplies to enter my creation into a competition to win a prize. I mean SERIOUSLY if you are looking to the best place to live I recommend The Legacy 100%. And I almost forgot! Moving in our place was cleaned from head to toe, including sweet surprises in each room, they put so much effort in to making sure everything is perfect and you are happy! I love how I can control my home from my app! If I forget to lock the door or even turn off a light I can simply do it through my phone! So easy! And last but not least I am extremely impressed with everyone’s hard work and professionalism here! Best. Place. Ever!

I am obsessed with living here! Everything is always so neat and clean, the amenities are amazing! The staff is incredible and they always go out of their way to be helpful and super nice! They always have fun activities for everyone to participate in (even when following covid guidelines) I really couldn’t think of a better place to live!

I'm a graduate student attending ECU and I love Legacy. It's an amazing community, filled with monthly events, free give aways, free food, and food truck Tuesday. It's a really great place to live, I don't think that the rent is too high. Comparatively there are much pricier student living places that are priced that way due to their amenities and whatnot. Well, Legacy may have them beat, they have a crafts room, Amazon locker for your mail, resort style pool, outdoor firepits, and much more. Even better yet is how amazing and nice the staff are. They knew my name before I had even walked in there. I signed a lease during Covid and when I finally came in to pick up my "keys" they had already known my name and my fiance's. It's the smallest things that make the biggest differences. They also are always willing to help or try to help, and sometimes to even just listen if you're having a problem that they can't necessarily solve for you but is just frustrating.

We are living in the two bedroom/two bath and it’s has been amazing! Great location, everything is super close and the people here are amazing. The staff really makes sure that home truly feels like home.

I love living here. It is a great place to start your adulthood. It is quiet, clean and homey. I have so much room In these apartments. Also, they gave the best staff!

We live in apt #132 & we absolutely love living at the legacy!!! It has been such a fun experience & there’s always something going on!!!

We've been living in a 2 bed/2 bath unit for 2 months now and don't have a single complaint. It's quiet, roomy, modern, and perfect for us. We can't wait for warmer weather so we can take advantage of the pool and other amenities!
