Everyone is the sweetest. They treat you like family, always make sure the apartment is in perfect condition and when it’s not maintenance fixes the issue asap. I happily recommend to anyone who’s interested

Well we can start with the awesome people that keep the place going they are amazing then we can can move on to there beautiful apartments just awesome living all the way around!

I HIGHLY suggest not moving to this apartment unless you want to feel unsafe or take a chance your dog being bit by a Pitbull. This complex has had MULTIPLE attacks where large pits have attacked smaller dogs because their owners do not know how to raise them and can’t control them. This apartment refuses to put breed restrictions and is doing nothing to further prevent other attacks. I have never felt so unsafe

I've lived here about six months and have loved it! There are going to be complaints when you put a number of people together in any apartment complex, but the staff have addressed them immediately without complaint. I'm older and have an older dog and we have been made to feel welcome at every turn. Many of the residents are in the Marines, Navy, DOD, etc., and it is an honor to live among America's finest. Not many people get this experience, living this close to the ocean and to a whole host of restaurants and grocery stores. For location and amenities this place can't be beat!

Customer service is great. The staff helped me move In while I was deployed and was always there if I needed anything. Super helpful on answering any questions that I had. Very welcoming community!

Recently moved in to legacy. The office team was always great and the manager helped us with the application process and was it was painless. this is my first ever apartment since joining the Marine Corps so I was kind of nervous.

Roaches everywhere inside many apartments. I lived there a year and all my neighbors also had a huge infestation problem, one working washing machine, laundry room constantly flooded, trash all over complex, disgusting trash complex area with trash always piled up, extremely incompetent, aggressive and rude new manager.

An absolutely wonderful place to live for single couples or college students. The every weekend struggle of coping with party music is starting to get old. When my wife and I first moved in, the place was amazing and management was super helpful. It seems that now it has taken a turn for the worst. NO longer is the pet park kept up with, nor the buildings pressure washed once a year, but now as tenants, we must live with the stained stair cases (which give visitors fright and a look of disgust) as well as unproffesional garbage service, whom love to spill garbage all over the halls and refuse to neither take the liberty to clean up after themselves nor let someone who can correct the issue know about it. All in all, sure the place has the appearance of a lovely community, with friendly staff and a clean lot, but look deeper. Don't only settle for the showing of the "model apartment," but rather demand to look at the grounds. At the end of the day you work hard to live right, so why pay for a mediocre lifestyle.

This community is in a great location and is well maintained. It is an apartment complex so there is the occasional noise from passers by and cars. Overall...wonderful complex. Likes and suggestions: This community is relatively quiet and well maintained. The staff is very nice and generally concerned for the well-being and comfort of its residents.

When I went apartment hunting there places that were cheaper but I had no sense of security. The apartments at Legacy are clean and the amenities are top notch. Likes and suggestions: I loved the little events they would host. It gave a warm and friendly feel to the staff.
