Property Ratings at Legacy Apartments
I am looking for apt to lease nearby csun I called and made a tour appt but called in sick when I am already there and I took day off for nothing. Then next week I made other appointment on Tuesday I keep checking make sure they will be in office at 1230 and they keep saying yes but when got there no one is there
It’s a great place to live, the location is great, it feels safe to where you can walk your dog anytime without worrying. Love that the community is really friendly as well. Love it!
I enjoy living at Legacy, it is safe and pleasant environment to come home to. They have lots of trees and plants and fountains that muffle street sounds and help me relax when I enter. The gym is nice, the spa is nice, and the soundproofing is fabulous. I only wish they had a consistent property manager who lived at the property.
The management offered us prizes to leave reviews for them. But overall the place is clean and quiet.
My buds and I just moved into Legacy Apartments and we love it ! Clean, modern, and so many flowers - the rent isn’t too bad either.
Spacious, well equipped apartments, robust management services, nice gym, it with refrigerator washing machine and dryer, definitely a pleasant place to live
The Management is very helpful and always ready to help
I have been to different apartments near CSUN. But Legacy is clearly the best. I love the colours within the apartment. Nice deck and I like the gym too. Also, the manager(Ivette) is very helpful. This apartment is super clean and well maintained.
