Ledgestone Apartments

If you enjoy the extreme noise level, this apartment will be perfect for you! The sad part is that none of the apartment management does anything meaningful to provide a restful environment. Once you sign the lease, you have to endure the noise slowly and painfully for 6 to 12 months until your lease expires.

I have lived in apartments all over the country for most of my adult life and this complex is absolutely - by far - the NOISIEST place I have ever been! I’m literally willing to pay $1400 to break my lease (after having only lived here 6 months) because I mentally can’t tolerate listening to all the unattended children SCREAMING on the playground, people playing basketball at all hours of the night, and people taking exceptionally loudly as they drink out on their patios. Additionally, I can literally hear every step that my upstairs neighbors take as they stomp around on the floor above my head. Their steps are so heavy that I have had pictures fall off the wall from the vibrations. Overall, the grounds and interiors of the apartments are well maintained, but the constant noise has had me in tears on several occasions.

I’ve lived here for almost 3 years now. I’ve had 3 different apartments they all have been great. The staff is really friendly and helpful with the needs I have. Grounds and apartments are clean and kept looking beautiful.

I have lived at Ledgestone Apartments for almost 3 years. Living in this community has been a positive experience. The staff from the Property Manager to maintenance have been fantastic. My maintenance needs are completed within the same day. The guys are friendly, polite and professional. When I call or stop by the office I am always greeted by my name and very helpful with any of my needs. The property overall is always kept clean. Very comfortable having guest come to my home to visit me, Thanks Ledgestone!

I love this place, we were here for six months while waiting for our house been built. My 2.5 yrs old boy enjoyed their indoor swimming pool. The customer service here is outstanding. Especially Letty aways smiling and been helpful from the day one we met her. She is smart, accurate and helpful! We thank for the wonderful experience we stayed in Ledgestone apt. G

The apartments are beautiful. The people are a mix of kind and courteous to downright dumb and dumber. The biggest complaint I have is the unethical business practices. If you're OK with being taken advantage of financially, this may be a place for you to consider. Just don't expect your deposit back. They'll find a way to essentially steal it.

They deleted their location off google because they had so many terrible reviews About their roach problem. Then they tried to conduct visits I’m assuming by the owners. I still have roaches. they range from very small to huge black ones. The problem has got better, but it could be due to the weather. I keep my kitchen super clean but I usually find them by the door, crawling under carpets and by the stairs. This makes me think the building in general has issues and they have now started breeding in the walls. Other than the roaches, the apartments are nice and the community is relatively quiet..unless you have neighbors like mine who think it’s cool to rev their engine up repeatedly in the morning or at night.. get a life dude.

I have lived here since the apartments were first built and I have never had a problem. The apartments are nice and everyone is very respectful and quiet. Management is very nice and helpful. No complaints!
