About Le Tournesol
Le Tournesol Townhomes in West Davis is quiet and small property, perfect for undergraduate and graduate students, recently graduated students, and young professionals. The complex is a 10-minute bike ride from campus and conveniently located close to the D, P, Q, and K lines. Our 2-story townhouses include a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5-2 full bathrooms, a sunroom, a fireplace, and spacious living and dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious enough to be occupied as singles or doubles. Amenities include on-site laundry, a large open parking lot (parking passes are free of charge) and a pool and hot tub. We pay for water, sewage and garbage; residents only pay for PG&E and internet. We also provide and pay for weekly pest control and weekly landscaping for common areas. Pets are welcome with a pet deposit and no monthly pet rent. $35 application fee is waived
