As its name suggests, North Bossier is a neighborhood spanning north of Downtown Bossier along the eastern banks of the Red River. The community also sits 14 miles north of Downtown Shreveport since Shreveport and Bossier City’s downtown districts are just minutes from one another. The area is a mix of residential and rural, getting more rural the farther north of Downtown Bossier City you get. Amenity-laden apartments and cozy single-family homes make up the rental options of North Bossier. Sewage leak flooded apartment twice and walls were just “dried out” to prevent mold. Black mold confirmed as well.
This apartment has not obtained a security guard or more surveillance camera after ongoing issue of car break ins and theft.
Such a beautiful apartment complex! We have everything we need and more here. It feels like a luxury resort, it's quiet, and the extra features like granite countertops and extra storage space enhance the quality so much. We love it!

Le Rivage is a breath of fresh air in the Bossier apartment scene. Less than 3 years old, these apartments do not disappoint! The location is at the crossroads to I-220 and I-20, allowing only a 5 minute drive to shopping and dining in North Bossier and easy commuting to Shreveport. We love that we didn't have to sacrifice amenities for the great location. The maintenance crew have always been prompt and extremely helpful, as well as the office staff. If you want a HOME and not another lack luster apartment experience, Le Rivage is the Community for you!

Great apartment in the Bossier that goes to WT Lewis elementary. Very nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. It makes mw never want to leave and buy a house. Excellent place to live.
