The property is poorly constructed, the hallways smell like so much cigarettes, and there are roaches.
The pool definitely does not look like that lol to be honest this place is very old and it’s in between renovations. I got my apartment here in August officially moved in in October by November. I had to have plumbing redone in my entire apartment because my kitchen and bathroom would flood from the upstairs apartment. Keep in mind I am in a “ newly renovated” apartment . Honestly, this place is for people who have bad credit and can afford it a little bit. Use this place to build your credit get on your feet and find a better place.
You cannot use the gym as advertised they built it about 2 years ago and never let anyone use it.. this is not how our pool looks .some of this is for advertising purposes. Some of the owners in the office are rude , and get ready for your rent to go up $100& up every year. It’s ok here they need to work on customer service in the office and be genuine with the residents .
I've lived here 5 years and have seen a few new owners take over. Silverstone is by far the best. They came right in here in June and started getting rid of all the "troublemakers" that live here. They installed new doors with key fob and painted and installed new lighting in the hallways. They have installed a new security system with cameras and it really makes you feel safe. For the first time since I've lived here, I feel safe. Great Job Silverstone. Keep up the great work.
It’s been a month now since I applied via application online for $150 dollars. No one picks up and none of my email have been replied to. Do not waste your time.
I move in 6 months a go. 7-11 and I give them list before I move in couple thinks to fix. Almost 6 month no one show up and they not answering to phone. They are big Liars , specially Manager. I never see poor businesses like this. Don’t rent any apartment there. Don’t put your money trash and waste your time.
I have been trying to reach someone from this property for several weeks, I’ve left voicemails and emails with no success. This is not a good sign for a future tenant, needless to say, I’ll be looking elsewhere.
I went on a tour & the "guide" spent 99% of the time on his phone. Even gave attitude when questions were being asked. The apartment reeked of urine. The hallways had trash & laundry everywhere. The office doesn't answer nor return phone calls.

My girlfriend, my mother, and I filed an application for a 1 bedroom apartment, paid the administration fee, and were told we would be contacted within a business day. At the close of two business days later, I cannot get in touch with anyone in the leasing office or the front desk. I've left several messages, but no one has called me back. Something is very off with the people running this place, the first couple positive reviews are fake I believe. I would recommend you stay away from Lavana Falls

The question is why did I give it 1 star? Well I can hear everything my neighbors say and do, so no privacy. There's way too many apartments and not enough parking. Sometimes water is completely inaccessible because they turned it off, or perhaps for the one week when their water heater went in my complex, they had warnings of it happening due to having to turn it back on repeatedly, and instead of being proactive they waited and we suffered for it. Nothing ever gets fixed, it gets a bandaid and the lazy workers just up and leave. Dog poo is everywhere, in the grass and in front of people's windows, on the rocks lining up to the complex and yet there's no accountability. It's completely overpriced for the meager size that you get. The hallways are just disgusting. I'm on my last lease and can't wait to leave this place. Also property manager is incapable of being in charge of this place, but yet here we are.

Worst place you could live in Levittown!! We haven’t had hot water all weekend in our building and I been asking to have my shower fixed for a month! And they rent to anyone my new neighbor is so creepy and walks around everywhere (outside, the halls) barefoot! Smoking in front of the door all day long and at 7 am when I’m leaving for work with my kids and you got all that cigarette smoke you have to walk thru! Everything sucks here they want to make it look nice from the outside but once you move in everything falls apart and brakes and good luck gettin it fix! DO NOT RENT HERE!
