Recommended the area to a lot of friends. Its a friendly and quiet complex and we'll kept. My favorite part may be hitting the trail as the sun sets.
Nice neighborhood. Friendly staff & neighbors. Fun community events. New appliances. Great amenities (Clubhouse, gym, pool, & playground). No complaints.
The property is very quiet and clean. I have not access the pool yet but I have seen people enjoying it. I'm looking forward to using the gym in the near future.
Beautiful apartments with nice touches. However the common areas could use an upgrade. Office staff are attentive to concerns and address issues. Maintenance staff complete requests promptly, and communication is wonderful. The biggest concern is the issue of teenagers who are a nuisance. But for the most part, quiet living and spacious apartments. The gym is pretty equipped, and the pool is a nice plus.
It’s very nicely laid out and the staff is awesome. The apartments are very clean and conveniently located with easy access to the highway. I really like it here.

I love living here. The people in the office are always so helpful and maintenance team are great also. They have a great gym if that is your thing... not mine but its very nice, I've used the community room for my both of my grandchildren's birthday party's. You have a pool and a grill area if you want to have a little get together you can.

The facility is great and the rooms are spacious but one not ideal neighbor and you are in for a rough time. Neighbor across the hall smokes marijuana multiple times a day clearly in the unit as it’s making the common area smell along with the master bathroom as it’s a shared wall/vent. Also, the bass of music is heard super easily throughout the night in the master bedroom as that is the only shared wall for some unknown reason. Hopefully the staff steps in and actually enforces the community guidelines in the lease regarding noise, smells, and smoking in buildings.

Great experience so far. Edgar and Kristen have been incredibly helpful. I moved from a house to apartment. The apartment I must say is spacious, especially the bedrooms, I'm very impressed. I know that I have found my new home. I just wish the builder made more parking spaces were my building is located at. But, other than that I look forward to settling in my new home.

Laurel Run Apartments is a great place to make home. The apartments are clean, and bldg are secured with locked doors and video cameras. The maintenance employees do keep the hallways clean.

The 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment at Laurel Run is equipped with excellent amenities, and is very spacious! The staff at Laurel Run are very friendly, too, and made us feel at home immediately! However, during our time at Laurel Run, we have encountered numerous issues with our neighbors which impacts our day to day life negatively, which is our only complaint about the community altogether.

Truly love it! Close to a few highways and not far from a number of shopping centers. Working from home it's a great location to be able to run out, grab something to eat, then get back. I can always find something to do even if just running to a store.

Although I’ve moved in recently, this week has been great so far. It’s quiet and theres plenty of parking even though it’s not assigned. Also, I love the security and how you can access it through an app. I can’t wait to go to the pool in the summer!

My experience at Laurel Run has been really good. It's very quiet and peaceful. I also enjoy the fact that we are always informed in advance of any Complex wide testing and maintenance. One of my goals is to finally stop in for one of the Complex events.
